    This technique is brilliant. As in your other work, you take pieces of wood,put them together and expose the beauty and the soul that lies within. Masterful

    I really love your designs. As soon as I think I have a favorite, I see another one I like as well or better. And the quality looks to be at the highest. But beyond that, your videos are also excellent! Your lighting is great so we can see everything. Sound is also good, with occasional “life interruption” noises. And your editing keeps it moving, by taking out the overly repetitive stuff. So good!

    Thought that this was going to be way more complex from the thumbnail, looks awesome and like something I may be able to try out, parting tool to cut it on the lathe?

    You have a great sense for combining colors and styles. The bowl-from-a-board technique with the addition of the two segmented rings on top was wonderful! I might suggest that you turn and sand the transition of the rings more so that these areas are smoother before you apply the finish. They look rough.

      Thank you anduril, your comments and input are very helpful for the development of my channel and my works, yes that's right sometimes it makes me not focus when I am sanding, in the future I will try to be better

    What is the name of that technique where you cut rings off the flat board?

    • @mayukowoodturning7644
      @mayukowoodturning7644  2 года назад +1

      I don't know the exact name of the technique, I named it the board technique into a bowl, and cut it using a 45 degree angle

    I struggled to give a “like”! Because: you didn’t show the construction of the outer two rings ; or the angle at which the other rings were cut. There was too much not shown!

    • @mayukowoodturning7644
      @mayukowoodturning7644  2 года назад

      That's ok, that's okay, it's a work that failed to make but I figured it out by adding an outer ring that I didn't plan on doing, so there are some parts that weren't shown, thank you for your attention, hopefully it will be my motivation to make more videos. good again... 🙏
