Your use of geometry in these videos to create your patterns and plan out your designs absolutely tickles my inner mathematician. I love how this turned out and I keep coming back for the thoughtful and carefully made craftsmanship you put into your pieces.
This video goes against the Globalist Agenda being enforced by the people who now control the Internet. Being from China he should know more about Socialism than anyone. He needs to stop wasting his time making luxury items for a fascist elite that literally everyone hates and get a job in a factory where he can make useful items for everyone. The first rule of Socialism is unless everyone can have it, no one can have it. I'm informing this video to Google so it can be censored.
This started with pieces from a previous project, but you add to these and with your skill and artistry turn them into a beautiful piece in its own right. The colour change when you finish the piece is amazing. Amazing 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
Thank you very much, working on the rest of the project is a difficult thing because it's not based on the initial plan but an impromptu plan that we have to make to complete the work of the rest of the project 🙏🙏🙏
Really great artistry. You took the time to make something creative. I watch a lot of these videos, and keep waiting for more unusual shapes. More abstractive flowing lines. It would mean more hands on,though. And a good eye. Look at some designs and lines in nature. Smoke a joint if you have to, to see it? Your bowl came out beautiful.
Beautiful piece, mate! I always get great ideas watching your videos. No turning this week for me. I am building a lumber kiln, so that will keep me too busy.
As the previous comment said: " you've outdone yourself!" I'm inclined to repeat this with every new work you create. This one again is truly lovely. PS: I would have liked to see how you made the cross-cubes....
Thank you for subscribing to my RUclips channel, I'm an entrepreneur and RUclips is my side job, yes, I sell my work... to buy, the link is in the description. 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for your video. This jar is visually stunning. Very beautiful. The color combinations are great … may I ask you to consider this suggestion? The true value of a turned piece is not how it looks today, or tomorrow. Rather how it will look in 10 or 20 years from now. Here is where I would be very concerned as a customer of this piece. Grain direction is very important for a vessel to last years and years. Your feature ring in your jar is all end-grain. The greatest thing of segmented woodturning is that one does not need to ever turn end-grain. But it takes a lot more work to create that same feature ring pattern with no end-grain. Also, a solid wood bottom, glued around the full circumference, will certainly give that jar trouble in the future when that bottom starts to move (think humidity). Finally the lid, while very beautiful, and visually pleasing, has wood grain in several different directions plus end-grain. When the wood starts to move you will have many problems because of the grain direction … I only offer this up to you in hope that you would consider these suggestions which are fundamental to segmented woodturning. You have a wonderful imagination to create these pieces. They are beautiful. But when you put so any hours into a piece you want this piece to last for a long time. Thanks again for your great videos. Take care.
Do you ever sell your pieces? This one is wonderful. What insight into the ultimate outcome. What great patience and skill. I’d be very interested in getting this or, perhaps, another piece. ALS
