Wow. Let’s remember that’s their opinion and jobs vary based on duties and required experience. I think there’s a lot more jobs than people know that are really entry level, but asking for a lot of experience and hands on when not needed. Because the duties are easy and can be easily learned by the right person. It seems many companies are giving up taking in someone a little experience and some skills in exchange for someone who has years experience and many relevant skills to the job. They don’t want to train people and want to pay people low wage.
Those SANs certifications seem like they are for level 2-3 job tier. And they should be allowed to substitute them for similar or equivalent certifications. SANs is not the only good and competent certification on the market. It’s screaming gate keeping to me.

Key point here is NOT the certification. It’s the SKILL equivalent of the certification which can be gotten from less expensive sources. I outlined that in the main video (click right above this video’s title).
