- Join me on a Live walk through Todmorden. I walk through the West Yorkshire Hills. Walsden is a beautiful village in West Yorkshire and is only a 40 min train ride from Manchester city centre. Todmorden is a beautiful area, with rolling hills and tremendous views and of course naturally get lost and somehow get attacked by wildlife along the way. Walking is a tool I use to help with my mental health but this time round, I wanted to take you on a journey with me to see the adventures that I get up to.

A bit of a different type of video today. I took a walk through the hills of Walsden & Todmorden. I live streamed this walk on Tiktok. but I thought you may enjoy this too. I got attacked by mamma sheep, some geese and of course got lost amongst other things! hahah! As you know I go on walks to help with my mental health but I am really conscious that not everyone is able to get out and about. So from time to time, I will go on walks Live and post them on here for others to enjoy. x

Enjoyed this walk video over a few lunch breaks this week- it had all the trademark features I love about your adventures: getting lost, suspicious animals, gorgeous views and tension about whether you'll make the train or not! And, of course, your infectious joy for nature and gardening. Thank you for sharing your hike.

Interesting vid...shame you missed all the Kindness signage. Todmorden founded the Incredible Edible movement (still going strong), we garden every first and third Sunday culminating in a free community lunch a noon. We also seed share through our seed libraries.
Would love to do these walks on my own, but lacking a sense of direction I would get lost for days! Thank you for sharing the country with us, and reminding us of how beautiful country this is.

@@CloudGardenerUK There *are* some nice views! I'm currently trudging up another hill with you toward the next lovely vista! Lol. As for what we're sowing on this walk: brassicas, tomatoes and all the landscape seeds I'm so behind on (I grow all my veg & landscape plants from seed as I don't have the budget for starts)! I won't bore you with the whole list but I'm especially excited to grow purple cauliflower, cabbage and kale, all of the special tomatoes I was able to squeeze out of the budget and dahlias from seed. It all excites me really, lol. And a hearty congratulations on your 2nd YT anniversary. The time has flown by! You're such a gem and I feel so blessed to have found your channel and kindred gardening spirit. So excited to see what lies next for you. May you ever bloom! 🌺 ✨🦋
