I disagree with you on what is beachfront. If there is 100 meters or more of pool and its surroundings to the nearest unit and the Beach or 500 buildings in the complex between you and your showing and the beach it is not beachfront . I see numerous small older buildings along the roads that actually our within steps of the beach. Please tour some of these. Thanks
