Síncopa a tierra is like TA-Ta... ta-TA 1st strong 2nd weak and dragged, 3rd short and 4th strong Habanera rhythmic cell is used in a wide arrange of genres, and its what you can hear the bass playing on the intro TA... ta TAN-ta 1st strong and long, 2nd short and weak, 3rd strong and 4th weak. My biggest complains with tango arrangements is that they always stick with only the Habanera rhythm or a variation of European tango. Which is totally different from the original Argentine tango. OP's arrangement tastefully combines all the proper rhythmic variations and gives it a nice Argentine tango feel. Something that happens rarely.

I don't know if tango fits bad apple that well but it certainly Is something interesting. And I do like it. It's soothing, ideal for the somewhat tired and sleep state I am in. And, it doesnt sound like a one to ine bad apple just with different instruments. Wich is someting I really really like. It genuinly is something different. Hmm, it does have a french sound to it sometimes. Huh.

This, with the cover art as complement, may be one of your greatest remixes. That being said, tough contest: they're so often incredibly inventive! I suppose that, more than anything, this one really makes me want to see a rise of Bad Apple tango/dance-related creations using it.
Not specifically just Tango, but I have the feeling making PC 98 Touhou remixes focused around music genres from the early to mid 20th century would bring light to some very good songs. Please consider making more of these.

This is a good recommendation. Everything is perfect. The art caught my eye, a tango of Reimu in PC98 Bad Apple and in Alstroemeria Records's Bad Apple? I see what you did there. The music is very nostalgic sounding, reminds me of Howl's Moving Castle and Runescape. Maybe listening this in 6AM was the perfect mood.
