Good morning from Cape Cod 🦈 I enjoyed the journey that you and Fred took to go and recover a couple of cool trucks. It was nice to hear about Fred's trucks also. Keep up the great work and the awesome content 👍✌️🇺🇲
We used tow dollies a couple of times....they rarely went this smooth, and we only had to go 50 miles. Had a 1970 C/10 Suburban at the time. It was an awesome cruiser... i put in a Cadillac power leather front seat. It was blue and a perfect match for my truck!
Awesome score on the trucks and parts Jake! That was definitely a cool trip! Thanks for filming it and sharing it. Definitely beautiful country out there!
I got my golden from near oroville! What a gorgeous place to live. That’s a long ass drive pulling another truck. Cool video and I love these trucks. Lots of memories.
Imagine acres of these trucks at a mega car dealership in REEDMAN PA. IN 1971*******%ALL. COLORS MODELS PU. SUBURBANS BLAZERS CAB CHASSIS....HUNDREDS OF THEM
It sounds like either those u-joint cap bolts are unbelievable tight or you are in a restroom with one hell of a shit stuck halfway !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Man, this is basically my dream, but I am the newer generation born in the early 2000s. Basically, my dream trucks are gonna be to restore it in early 2000. Chevrolet trucks and GMC trucks basically go across junkyards. Picking up russet out 99 to 06 liberatos, and 07 to 13.
I was born in 2005 and the newest vehicle i have ever owned was a eighty seven c-10 squarebody. In fact come to think of it out of the four vehicles I’ve ever owned they were all squarebodys 😂
My dad had a factory black c/20 when I was a kid always wanted to find a k/20 maybe one day I’ll get one that doesn’t require winning the lottery to buy
Did you roll that shorty up over those ramps?? Because you're supposed to, pull the release pin. Grease those things up & they tow anything & yes Awsome putting that chain on it ,,,supposed to
I don't know where you guys find these clean(rust free) trucks but that dude with the killer mullet in the red '71 or '72 has another one. I had to get all mine on the east side of the Cascades in the dry desert. Everything Midwest was shit !!!!! Jim from Iowa !!
How do you get so comfortable with road tripping your old trucks? I absolutely love Mine but I get worried that It’ll leave me somewhere and I’ll have to call a tow truck to get it back home. I always have a tool set behind my seat. But I always get worried it’ll get stuck somewhere and I’ll have to leave it over night or something
He'll I built & cut up atleast 30 of those trucks, made 2wds into 4×4s & long beds got chopped to a shorty,,,cost to damn much to by a short bed,,it's getting really ridiculous to even buy shifty trucks anymore!😂😂 they are cool but not 20,000$ cool
Nice to see someone else’s tow pig running super swampers!
Had alot of these 67,72 Chevy trucks 4×4 ,2wd ,,been watching you score sweet finds!!😂 so happy to see these old girls are still around
One road trip that forever be in your mind ,nice area you both traveled through. and four cool trucks

Awesome seeing the ol Chevy putting in the work.
You can use the seat belt, or ratchet straps to lock the steering wheel in place. That’s what they do when they tow semi trucks
Awesome video Jake! Funny, those wild country rollers you brought lived most of their life about 10 miles from where you picked those trucks! -Adam
