I have always enjoyed the modern battlefield a lot more on console because its less high pressure. Not as many instant death snipers and everybody has a harder time aiming. No cheaters either.

I’ve been gaming on pc since last April, my last system was an original Xbox one and watching this made me realize just how stiff shooting looks lol
He's complained before that the aim assist is strong on consoles cause it snaps to enemies. I personally play with aim assist off or toned down drastically. My issue is that PC people think everyone on console plays with aim assist on and assume all console players have to do is press on the fire button.
Makes me feel better about my own shooting haha

Battlefield 1 was way better then BFV ... at least the community knew what DICE wanted to do with the game and what direction the game was going and it was all out warfare BFV was full of half baked ideas lacked content the game was a complete mess but I supported DICE I believed in it... then they cut support like halfway into the planned content I'm skeptical about bf6

Hey jack, Love your BF videos on Xbox. I am a PC guy, started playing BF on my Xbox and I feel the medics on Xbox are active they always revive and provide med packs compared to PC where they just run past us.
Only real G's remember when the boys AT took down walls...
Honestly, it looks so much more fun on console. PC's all sweat mode nowadays.
Only really play Dayz and Tarkov on my PC now most games are more enjoyable on console
People play BFV on PC like it's a fucking ESL CS:GO final game. Console games are usually more chill without the need of having 1ms reaction time or eagle vision.

Fun fact: we never got to attack Normandy, never got to go to the Battle of Midway, and never got to see the Battle of the Bulge, nor did we get to see Hawaii. It really makes me irritated about how amazing these events could've been done in the Battlefield world, but no, DICE decided we would rather go to places we've never heard of before.

Last BF game I played was BF3 (I haven't have a powerful PC since, and even back then playing @50fps on ultra low was as far as it would go). I bought myself a XBOX series S and I must say I really enjoy playing BF5 on it. It's a struggle to play on the pad but it's a fun challenge I must say. I don't mind the random capes, woman caracter or even aimdot that are not really WW2, but I love the maps.
At the moment it really is a fun game to play. Plus the absence of ingame chat does remove most of the toxicity imho.
Marita is literally my favorite map, I don't even know why
I hate the map when I play Wehrmacht
I think it is one of the worst designed maps. Once you get pushed back that bottleneck, in 90% of the games, you lose.

Let me tell you about my day in Battlefield 1 at the beginning of the game it was awesome and after that my ping go up to 1955. I'm broken right now :(
The only 2 things I don't really like about bf5 is one the attrition system,and it feels like it has slow ttk, only guns that don't feel like that are getting a lot of hit markers are the semi auto guns or the mmgs, I grinded the medic class to get the Thompson, not sure if it was the gun or me, it just felt slow to kill someone.

Jack, I was inspired by your video to play BFV recently (again). Really enjoy the game overall. However, I play on PC and after only a few matches I came across many cheaters (probably 3 across a dozen games). I don't know why I am commenting to you specifically, probably because I know you care. Just needed to vent about how cheaters are ruining the gaming industry as a whole for FPS multiplayer games. I just uninstalled BFV for the fifth time because I always get excited watching you play and then my excitement dwindles rapidly due to the amount of cheaters. It feels good to vent about it though and I hope you are having a great weekend.

Maybe its just your playstyle? With or without friends i have fun. Pair up with a good squad play objectives and its great.
Funny that the weapon diversity surprises Jack. It's probably because the slow fire and low recoil weapons have less of an advantage on PC because the recoil is so much easier to control.

I think the main difference is down to input. Most controller players play on a low sensitivity so they are less likely to push or run around. Whereas on PC it’s easier to be more accurate, so more PC players are willing to run around. My favourite thing is seeing console players lying prone in random places, I suppose the mindset behind that is “if I play dead, I may trick the enemy”

Recently got back into battlefield again and started playing BF1. Was shocked to find full operations games on DLC maps like Cape Helles. Definitely worth revisiting imo.
