About 4 years ago my friend and I flew over to America with my daughter she was 5 and we went to Las Vegas and watched them and Reba we had front row seats and during this song Kix (the one with the hat) brought my daughter up on stage and danced with her
A violin has strings. A fiddle has straaangs.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 LOVE IT!!!
A violin cry’s and fiddle dances
And you play a violin….you tear up a fiddle!!
Another big hit from Brooks and Dunn was Neon Moon. Think you’d like it!!
Another good dancing one by Brooks and Dunn is Play Something Country. You two will love that one.
I don't know about "anthems" but, it was definitely all the rage when it came out, and I ignited the country line dance craze. The 80's and 90's country was immensely popular! It was definitely a fun time! 🤠
It's one of the biggest country anthems and line dancing as well
Yeah! Try "neon moon" or "my maria" next.
They already did my maria
I was 5 when this song first came out (1992, God I'm old😂) and I thought it was called Boop Scoop Boogie for a really long time
Brooks & Dunn put on a HECK of a SHOW!!! LOVE 'EM!!! Boot Scootin' is TOO MUCH FUN!! ❤❤❤👍👍👍 Great fun and GREAT EXERCISE, TOO, a the same time!!
Next video that's a must "Play something County "
Brooks & Dunn a very long rabbit hole, a “not one bad song”…Legends and always a Great time.
Neon Moon (live from Invitation Only)
LOVE THIS SONG AND DUO!!!!
Always loved this song, a really toe tapping one from these guys!🔥🔥
Hahahaha! I was literally taught how to line dance using the "Boot-Scootin' Boogie!"
I know how to do the boot, scooting boogie, so much fun!!😁
Definitely a great song for the time when it came out. I'm far from a country song guy but you can't deny the Impact this song had at the time for music
MUST do Neon Moon next
Great reaction. I daned to this many times. Try Play Something Country next! You'll love it.
We used to play this in our band. Love the song. Hate line dancing. Was like watching robots. No free expression. Everybody doing the same thing. Great song . Liked the reaction
LOVE Brooks & Dunn !!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Enjoying live music like you all do, Boot Scootin Boogie live at Cains Ball room is unbelievable!!! Y’all would love it!!
There are plenty of YT videos showing how to do the Boot Scootin' line dance. Thanks for sharing.
My mother & stepfather down here in Georgia were honky tonkin boot scooters back in the '70s doing all the line dancing at the local watering holes where I was more rock & heavy metal ✌💖☮
About time some country music you guys are outstanding 🤠
Kix Brooks is a riot! He is all showmanship. Kix takes the lead on Rock My World. Another Brooks and Dunn tune.
@@TimSmith-uc4pk 👍
I have seen them twice in concert, the first time was with them and Reba and the second was with them, Reba and Terri Clark. Terri Clark is an awesome artist herself. She is another artist outta Canada. A hottie in a hat. Lol
@@TimSmith-uc4pk lucky you my friend 👍
I know one thing back in the days, especially in country bars you couldn't get away from this song. I have know idea now though. I've heard it enough in my life though.
I saw them in concert when i was a kid when this first came out, i think they where opening for Reba
They're sooo good live!
I love this song! It's just so fun! I can't be in a bad mood with this song on. If you want another fun upbeat one from them try "Play Something County"
Brooks and Dunn won the Country Music Association duo of the year award every year for two decades. And I hope you'll keep digging, because you're really not going to find a bad Brooks and Dunn song anywhere. I'm loving your reactions, guys, and as needy as it sounds, I'm really disappointed on those evenings when I don't find anything new from you, so please keep 'em coming. By the way, their performance of Neon Moon live at Cain's Ballroom is a great one.
Hey Phil & Sam, you both seemed to really enjoy listening to Bob Seger, so I thought I'd suggest another one of his tunes to give a listen, if interested. "Bob Seger - Still The Same" (by the channel: Bob Seger) --This song is off their album called "Stranger In Town" released in 1978 and this song was a really big hit. Really enjoyed rocking with you two thanks for sharing. peace out~
Hey guys, I’ve watched several of your reactions to Diana Ankudinova and not sure if you have seen but she has a new song out called in my huge city and it is unlike anything else she’s ever done. It has a jazz, blues and rhythm theme do it please check it out. I just watched your reaction to Pink Floyd comfortably numb. Great reaction There is a song called high hopes from the same concert and in this performance, David Gilmour plays a steel guitar also known as a lap guitar. It is an absolute unbelievable sound. Thanks guys keep on keeping on.
Fun song. Ronnie Dunn is awesome. Now you need to hear one with Kix Brooks singing lead. Either 'You're gonna miss me when I'm gone', 'Lost & found' or 'Rock my world little country girl' are all great tunes.
This is a great tune! The video was filmed at Tulsa City Limits in my hometown! I was there the night they filmed it! Was such a blast! For a short time I was actually married to a family member of Ronnie Dunn! This is one of the most recognizable line dances in all,of country music!
To me - Boot Scoot Boogie just means dancing - just going out dancing. The line dance came after.
When I was in middle school, they taught us how to line dance in gym with this song 😂 Brings back memories
I used to dance and sing to this song with my Pappa (my mum's dad) when i was a kid, he loved his country and i grew up to him singing these songs including ones like The Gambler and Coward of the County, both by Kenny Rogers. I love that time of country songs thanks to my Pappa, and now i like to sing them to feel connected with him
OK now this is good ole country music that I grew up with.... danced in many barns and bars doing the line dance to this song , I'm 44 so not too old lol!!! Much love from Indiana and I hope ya like it!! .......... Lets see the reaction :)
HUGE song back in the day. Probably the ultimate line dancing song. There's people all around the world that line dance to it. It's pretty wild.
I'm from Texas, And knew dancing is in if it's a larger scale bar
To know the difference between a violin and a fiddle;
A violin has strings, and a fiddle has "Strangs". 😂🎻
Big rabbit hole!!
First time I heard this song was on the movie Son-in-law. Such a fun song.
You need to watch their boot scoring boogie live at cairns ballroom
I seen them years ago in Vancouver BC. Faith hill opened up for them. Was an Awesome concert.
"Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" by Big and Rich is a great lighthearted country song in a similiar vein as this song is very good.
Love so much that the video is in Tulsa
You must listem and watch Brooks and Dunn " I Believe" it's amazingh
Hard working man
Rock my world country girl
Cant take the honky-tonk out of the girl
Only in America
Red dirt road
For more Boogie try some rock boogie with ZZ Top " Tube Snake Boogie".
One of their often-underrated songs is "Rock My World (Little Country Girl)" which also has a great video. Please check it out.
Fun song….thanks for your reaction!
A similar country dance song that was a big hit in the 90s is Baby Likes to Rock It by The Tractors.
My favorite song by Brooks And Dunn is Ain't Nothing About You.
You should do “You Don’t Know Me “ by them. It’s a Ray Charles cover. Excellent!
Awesome video guys
I've saw Brooks and Dunn and I can say that Ronnie Dunn is great live. His voice is fantastic. Brooks and Dunn's catalog goes deep. You can go 50 songs deep with this band.
Seen!
Them boys aint have to go so hard on this one. But boyyyy am i glad they did.
Dunn -- the lead singer -- has one of the strongest voices I have ever heard. And Brooks ain't no slouch himself.
My favorite songs from Brooks & Dunn are That Ain’t No Way To Go; Whiskey Under the Bridge; Neon Moon; Hard Workin’ Man; She Used To Be Mine; Brand New Man; She’s Not the Cheatin’ Kind; If You See Him, If You See Her (with Reba McEntire); and of course Believe!
Buena música!!
Ooh, there's a cool version of Neon Moon by Kasey Musgrave. They're featured on the track.
Brooks and Dunn were part of the 3rd revival of country music starting around the late 80's with the immergence of the Kentucky Headhunters, Marty Stuart, Travis Tritt, George Strait and many others. Country music (sometimes referred to as country/western) actually started to gain popularity with the masses in the late 40's through the 50's with stars like Hank Williams Sr,. George Jones, Gene Autry, Jimmy Rogers, Patsy Cline and Roy Acuff. Then the 2nd revival rose back in the 70's with performers that included Barbara Mandrell, Conway Twitty, Glen Cambell, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Lynn Anderson and so many others to long to list. Today's 'country music' fails in comparison, in my humble opinion, with all the crossover songs into rap, hiphop and rock that it's difficult to classify anything as real country music. Oh by the way, nice reaction, thanks.
By the way, there never truly was a "country and western" music. There was country (Hank Sr.) and there was western (Gene Autry or Roy Rogers or Sons of the Pioneers). But the radio stations that played country music often played western music as well. DJs would refer to their stations as "your country and western music station," and before long folks who didn't understand began calling country music "country and western music." Sort of like if a station that played jazz also played hip hop and people started calling jazz "jazz and rap music," I guess. And I agree that country music, like the old gray mare, ain't what it used to be.
Saw them perform this live in a little mountain town in British Columbia, Canada called Merritt at the 3 day "Merritt Mountain Music Festival". At the time this event was chosen as the second most likely event to meet your future wife/husband in North America by major event publications across the U.S., in the mid-90's.
Do more 90s country reaction. Lone Star Black Hawk etc...
"Neon Moon" "Hard Workin' Man" and "That Ain't No Way To Go" are three more great ones from their catalog of hits!
Line dancing jam!
Play Something Country MUST be next. Official video please :). There is also a really good live video of BSB - that is worth a watch. This band does NOT make bad music
If you are going to react to Halloween themed songs you might want to react to Werewolf by the Five Man Electrical Band (Canadian band). They had a few hits, one of them called Signs.
Play something Country is another fun Brooks And Dunn song.
Next PLEASE
Red Dirt Road
BROOKS & DUNN
This was released & made famous by Billy Ray Cyris (Miley's daddy). This video is 'Brooks and Dunn'. (Ronnie Dunn on lead sing & Kicks Brooks on guitar.)
Not this one. This was written by Ronnie Dunn and first released by Asleep The Wheel in 1990. Brooks Dunn released it in 1991.
Georgia sattlelights got a little change in my pocket.
If you like this you have to check out Alan Jackson's song 'Good Time'... another classic country line dance song that actually has line dancing in it, as well as being a great song. !!
Dancing, line dancing
Dosey doe is a term used in square dancing.
Re-watch. Boot on the dance floor. Scoot off to some privacy and ... well the boogie is pretty inevitable 😉
Please check out Only in America by Brooks and Dunn
Neon Moon....
You 2 need to check out PLAY SOMETHING COUNTRY.
Hermosa chica me enamore
For a good line dancing song you need to react to Alan Jackson "Good Time". The song and video are awesome.
"Neon Moon" live version.
Country and boogie woogie hybrid
30 years old.
Neon Moon
Have you guys listened to George Strait " The Chair"?
Blast deom the past lol. Line danced dozens of times to this 🤦🏻♀️
Tracy Byrd watermelon crawl is good.
This is a cover. You really need to listen to the original by Asleep at the Wheel which is a much better version. They are more of a Western Swing band and so much fun to listen to. This is (IMHO) the best live version: ruclips.net/video/2LR2hwk6T1A/видео.html
🤠🔥🤠
I like to Boot Scoot Boogie, but prefer the Watermelon Crawl.😊
Try Rhino Bucket: Beat to death like a dog. Don’t let the name scare ya
If this song doesn’t make you want to move and have a good time, something is wrong with you.
Her: Hard country
Him: What part
Her: Wtf are you talking about
Cains ballroom in Tulsa Oklahoma
Cómo
I thought it was Chuck Norris singing for most of that.
HARD WORKING MAN AND HILL BILLY DELUXE ARE A COUPLE MORE GOOD VIBE SONGS BY BROOKS AND DUNN!!
Como
Is lionel messi the best? 15 times he did the impossible! Please react this oneeeee 🙏
When you stop you should back up about 5 seconds before restarting. You cut in half one of my favorite lines and so missed it. Otherwise, I enjoyed your reaction.
It's not a violin it's a fiddle
