Do you think a impact will take the manifold bolts out easier or just strip them, I would probably just buy some cheap swivels since the impact will break them pretty fast
I would recommend using wd40 let it sit a bit loosening the bolt nuts first with a ratchet and socket. then use a impact gun. I havent had problem like this. Unless the bolts and nuts are very rusty then it will be a bit tough taking them out.
Pull them out from up top? Pull them out under the car?
i remember the bottom catalytics where taken off from the bottom, the top manifold with catalytic i do not recall. I think I also might of taken it off from the bottom. but you will find the way and space to take it off. either way you will find it.
