    What might be helpful is measuring the the volume of gas produced over time. Honestly, the gas production looks less at resonance, than at non-resonance. Hooking a gauge up to it, like Meyers did on his cell would prove it.

      I saw in a German documentary it can go up 14x more gas production by the same amount of currency.

    Interesting observation. I already experienced that, but this is basically what buck converters do.
    If your pulse is 50 percent on duty cycle you will see the double of amps on the cell in comparison to the input but the average voltage falls to half, and only at certain range of frequency (if you go to low the inductor saturates and you lose this effect). this is the pulse doubling effect (inductor discharging on the off time) and this is dependant on resistance of water (the LR transient effect, not LC).

    It works. I have the same. Currently, i can get 6 times more amps then i put in.......amazing....still looking for a good way to make it a self runner.

      I wish I could have 6 times the output. My setup is a little different, I have the same Water Fuel Cell setup as just about every Kiwi Fuel Cell Builder in Auckland, North Island of New Zealand and in the whole of Darwin, NT Australia. There are lots of Kient’s that build these devices. I use a Dual Petronix 60,000 Volt E-Core setup which in Series gives me a minimum of 120,000 Volts that oscillates at a base frequency of 270 Kilohertz which, I then Gate at LC Resonance. It’s powered by 200,000 Volts of Back-EMF Im-Pulses to the +Positive Anode during the LC Resonance ‘Coil Off’ Cycles. Then during the LC Resonance ‘Coil On’ Cycles I’ll pull Co-Valent Bond Electrons from the -Negative Cathode (Which is actually a ‘Time Reversed Re-Emitted Wave’ just like a Lightning Strike) which take the path of least resistance, which is through the Coil to a Spark Gap with Light Bulbs connected in Parallel, then this is connected to the +Positive Anode. If I didn’t have the Spark Gap & Lights I’d have little or no Deuterium H2 Output but, I have a Massive Deuterium H2 Output because I’m removing Co-Valent Bond Electrons from the Water itself. It works off High Voltage Tension & an effect in a Lightning Strike known as the ‘Electron Avalanche’ where I’d found that it only Works when charging the Water Fuel Cell with Back-EMF Im-Pulses!

      I already own a 3.25 Kva GreenPower LPG Generator that has a Custom Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Beer Keg with an Ioniser in it. I’m already using in excess of 200,000 Volts to Knock Co-Valent Bond Electrons from Water using an Electron Avalanche. All I do is, switch my Circuit On, Reduce it’s Resistance to its Absolute Minimum, Dial into Resonance which is flicking a Switch having Dave Lawton’s original Phase Locked Loop (Auto-Resonance) Circuit. Then all I do is turn the Dial on my Variac Transformer until I’ve reached the desired amount of H2 Deuterium that I want for my Generator which is only 40 Volts DC. H2 Deuterium has Twice the Mass of regular H1. H1 Hydrogen is an Implosive Gas while H2 Deuterium being an Isotope of Hydrogen has Twice the Mass or more Ooomph in the Combustion Chamber because it is an Explosive Gas that Stanley Meyer refers to as ‘Thermal Explosive Energy’. I can actually power my Generator from H2 alone but I choose to combine 3X H2 Deuterium Atoms to 1X Nitrous Oxide Atom to form Ammonia Gas to power my 3.25 Kva Generator just out of tradition.

      @@o5you86 I think maybe the problem with your setup is that you cant control the pulse frequency with a high voltage ignitor. Another issue is the driving power (amperage) available from such ignitors is negligible. The success of this experiment lies almost entirely in the electronics.

      @@cjdonaldson8536 I’m not selling anything but, I reckon that its just Charging the Water Fuel Cell with Back-EMF Im-Pulses off any ignition coil or even a Tesla Coil. I think you need 80,000 Volts of Back-EMF Im-Pulses collected from the Negative of your Coils. You’ll know you’ve reach Resonance when your Coils Sing with a High Pitched Whine. I’m using a Variac rectified to DC with a 600 Volt IGBT switched with an Optocouple with a $50 USB Frequency Generator I got from Amazon. I just build my Cells 10X bigger than what I need then I overpower my Cells using 240 Volt Floating Earth setup with a 3.25 KVA Generator. All I’ll say is that I get about 5X the input with Lawtons Electron Extraction setup, just build & experiment yourself. I’m not out to prove anything as I’d had a Circuit Stolen from my 86 GTS on my front wheel cover & had insurance repair my driver side smashed window that is now a different colour to the other windows on my Car as I have a light Tint built into the Glass. Keep your SHIT to yourself & don’t Share as it can all be easily Stolen! Mates in Darwin use 44 Gallon Drum setups on Acreage collecting Electrons while discarding the HHO to the atmosphere. TRUST NO-ONE!

    Stan meyer used AC voltage off of a pentium chip 3-4v pin voltage, 200 milliamps and a Phase of between 10mhz and 50mhz ,one specific phase released all the hho like a boiling kettle, if he moved the phase 0.05 mhz it stopped bubbling like mad with same voltage and amperage. Let me Clarify, He made the pins of the chip power the HHO bubbler.. so the chip would alternate Ground and Positive Voltage, in the 1/0 off the chipset.
    They he adjusted that chip from lowest MHZ to MAX somewher in there he found that phenomena of CFM per milliwatt , before that it was CFM per WATTS.
    Also his engine used the SONIC BOOM of HHO ignition ,as the Majority of the Combustion. This is why he made the Injector and Spark plug that GIANT unit. that went into the Plug hole, He needed the spark and oxyhydrogen millimeters from each other... IN THIS CASE..LEANER is BETTER, since he was not burning gasoline, IT would not suffer detonation near TDC ,and running lean would not kill the engine rings, and valves ,since the combustion temps do not soak in a gasoline engine, it runs so much cooler. Water vapor in exhaust steam cools the HOT side of the head.

    Very good production, can you explain the details of resonance rod and size of WFC also any electrolyte if diluted in the water. Would you like to tell the details of PWM.

      You dont need any details of his own every container every cell design has its unique capacitance all you have to do is to connect the right inductor and a PWM that's suits the frequency range of the self resonant frequency. There are bunch of online calculators online to calculate the resonance frequency. Make your own research

      Note that the level of water decreases and the capacitance decreases too because of its dielectric property so you must adjust the frequency accordingly, or build your own self tuning circuit

I believe that only the few that graduated in the top echelon from Hudson Valley College with a degree in electronic engineering, would find it easy to grasp! LOL...     I've been studying this tech for maybe 11 years, not just Stan Meyers Waterfuelcell, in the case of Stan's first device the Waterfuelcell, it works on resonance frequency as you probably already know, I assume its the electronics are pulsing the tubes at the resonant frequency of water or resonant frequency of the pipes, but Stan Meyer moved on from this device, Why? Was it because the device would slip out of resonance? The great secret about this technology is about creating Electrically Expanded Water which can be created using the method you're using but also many other methods as I said there may be an issues with the device slipping out of resonance. The successful use of this technology, contrary to popular belief is not about releasing copious volumes of hydrogen in order to run an engine on water.

    I use 498kHz, but interestingly, you can also achieve resonance at 1/4 and 1/2 this frequency. Also the pulses should be separated by a fully ON pulse width and not an OFF width. Outer cylinder should be negative and byfilar wound coil that is tuned to your capacitor setup. I will try and video my setup so far. The frequency is very hard to find due to so many variables. Great video you have, a pressure gauge and timed run would be perfect to show difference. :)

      I think a little bit, the two pipes inside the electrolite is the capacitor ? If so, maybe a NANO VNA is usefully to find the so called resonance circuit. Thinking a little bit, the electrodes is in fact a capacitor. And a capacitor oppose to pure DC.

      Why not make a variable frequency device so you can just turn the dial? The resonance will be on any of the natural frequency nodes of the vibrating system, there is no limit, this is basic electronics and basic acoustics. I would guess that the water would vibrate based on the volume, but there would be an ideal natural frequency where the least energy is required to fully vibrate the most water molecules.

      @@jucavaque Thank you but a pwm modulator I can buy alone on ebay. What I am interesting is how to find the resonance frequency of rod and pipe to put them in together in resonance. On ebay wonn dont sell rod nor pipe.

    I see mention of 923 cycles per second (Hz) with no specific tube lengths or diameters in sight.

Pleas humor my ignorance. How do you figure the number of windings on you resonant rod. And how would you control resonance if temperature or atmospheric pressure changes.

    Its in relation to all of this , know that frequency is needed , i dont have it off top of head..
    Yet have read about best frequencies to use.. so have a frequency ,generator ,tuned ,would make life easier ....
    Also , have 316L stainless steel due to corrosion resistance ...
    Which affects the frequency also.
    The voltage ,should be around 1.2. V between poles and not all are neg or pos , some neutral ,
    So if you us3d a dry ,cell ,that the soloution passes , youd divide mayybe , 12v between the neutral plates ,to lower the voltage ,in each section ..to around 1.2v
    More voltage and current equals more heat , not a good thing ...
    Oh and for the bubbler /scrubber
    Maybe go look at delvis 11 video on hho
    He implemented a flash port , so the bubbler could not grenade !! An extra safety feature ,if you plan to use hho for burning ...

    It gets too complicated because the dipoles of the electron clouds of the H and O are all moving and interacting. So you find the resonant frequency by charging it close to saturation, removing power, and measuring the frequency of the swing back of the dipoles. The resonant frequency will change depending on temp, pressure, and magnetism. So self adjusting using a type of phase lock loop would keep it in tune. Just have it skip a pulse every once in a while to have a micro controller keep it on freq.

      @@emesma Knowing electronics is a must. Everyone on the internet is wrong. Brute force is horribly inefficient. Meyer's patents are right. Read his words from all of them. He says voltage, no current. His circuit designs are very old school 1980's that's why many don't understand them. A fuel cell with distilled water is a capacitor. You want to charge the capacitor to just over it's break down voltage, but in a way that when the break down makes it conductive no more power flows, or it will just ignite the hydrogen you made. Look into how Geiger tubes work and the circuitry for them.

      @@paulksycki I am in the rigth path then. The problem is, accourding to what I have found, Meyer's cirucuits are kind of modified with some "miswirings" to make difficult to people. I am still lookwing for the right one. And as I am also an old school electronic engineer, interprating the schematics is not a problem. Do you have corrected schematics? Thanks.

      @@emesma Don't follow any website or video. Don't look at anyone's schematics except the one's in Meyer's patents. You need ALL of his patents google will give you. His circuit progresses with his patents. He explains the problems he over came and why he made changes. If you read his patents, easy efficient hydrogen he gave away freely to all with full explanation. .. I guess you didn't even notice his cold fusion patents LOL.He didn't call it that and it isn't technically "nuclear".. Those aren't so easy to understand and are not so perfectly explained. That is why he was murdered... Every fuel cell design will need custom circuit parameters. As I said research and understand every aspect of a "Geiger tube" and easy circuits to run them. Understand the "Townsend discharge" and concepts of how a Geiger tube works regarding "quenching", then compare to his circuits.

    If it is working optimally you should only use milliampa. On half an amp is HUGE and you are just generating by electrolysis. I suppose you are getting some efficiency but I doubt that is over unity using 1/2 Amp;, again that is HUGE. Stan Meyer generated massive Hydrogen with a couple miliampss

      Amps can't tell you anything without the voltage. Meyer was using high voltage. Volts x amps = watts
      20 mA at 240 volts = 4.8 watts = 400mA at 12 volts
      Hope I did that math correctly

      If one knows the capacity of water which is about 90, distilled and without an electrolyte and you want to achieve resonance you just solve for the inductor [residence rod] in Henry's at the voltage you use and Supply the inherent frequency. Not simple to idiots and those that have the Love of Money in their heart. LOL

    UPDATE! We (WITTS MINISTRIES) are now getting 100Liters per second! that is 6000liters of Gas per min. That is 360,000Liters per hour!

    I use Dave Lawton’s PLL Circuit with 7 Cells & an Electron Extraction Circuit. 6 Watts puts out 8 Litres of HHO per Minute. The HHO is a +Positively Charged Deuterium Gas, then I’ll -Negatively Ionise the intake Air to Electrostatically bind with the Deuterium Gas then I use Purified Nitrous Oxide from the Exhaust to slow down the Burn Rate & Power a 3.25 KVA Generator... Lots of people in Darwin NT, Australia & they’re like Novelty Toys for these people!

I could replicate what you do using a 260 Volt Variac rectified to 130 Volts DC & a High Voltage Switch that switches a 120 Hz signal that is basically a Gate Circuit & the output would be 10 fold what you demonstrated using non Resonance. I’d love to show you what I have but I saving for an Apartment & don’t have time to do any HHO Stuff. Sometime in the Future after I’m living RICH I’ll upload an example of a Circuit using 100’s of Kilovolt’s of Back-EMF from a Petronix 60 KV E-Core Coil setup

      Your need Back-EMF. Back in 2003 Kiwi Mates in Darwin revealed to me that the Effect is actually: ‘Tesla’s Phase Conjugate Mirror Effect’. If you take a Back-EMF Im-Pulse from a Coil & direct it to a Ground Connection ie: Copper Rod in the Ground, you’ll get a Bright White Light discharge of Electrons emanating from the Negative Earth, this effect is the same as a Lightning discharge where Electrons emanate from the Earth (See a slow Motion Time lapse of a Lightning Strike on RUclips). All you do is use an Isolation Toroid Coil then use Water as the source of Co-Valent Bond Electrons, then you Tune this into Resonance. I know Talk is Cheap but, Fracturing Water is really about the removal of Co-Valent Bond Electrons from the Water!

    hard to tell if there is any difference at all ! ....do a Liters per minute test one with the pwm and one without that will tell us more than the eye with the video ! .... Bob....

      looks obvious to me. The first test you can clearly see that the hydrogen is not fogging up the container, and you can see the difference from the top view as well. In test one you can see the pipe from top view, in test 2 the top and container is filled with hho bubbles and foam. But yes I should measure it soon lol. Working on setting up more pipes first.

    You need less power than you get its been known but hidden for a long time.
    Should be a able to use sound and light combined even tuned cavitation should be over unity.

    Un poco confuso , en resonancia , los tubos se comportan como capacitores , cuyo dielectrico es , agua , y esta tiene que ser destilada o sea , no conductiva , fuera de resonancia , no tendria que haber produccion de gases, de lo contrario , el agua esta siendo conductora por impurezas en la misma o por el agregado de algun electrolito .
    Por lo antes dicho , no se entiende lo que haces , si es una celda electrolitica convencional o una con los principios de Meyer.

      A temperatura ambiente ??? , y en que afectaria la temperatura ambiente las relaciones H / OH en una molecula de agua ??? .
      Te equivocas , el agua esta constituida por moleculas polares de H2O , NO es una sopa de cationes y aniones H+ y OH- , NO HAY , electrones libres en la ultima capa de valencia , que permitan la conduccion , pues estos forman parte de un enlace quimico , covalente , no ionico , si no seria una sal.
      Justamente la adicion al agua de algunas sales la hace conductiva y por la generacion de iones libres .

      Conductor and insulator are relative terms. Even common insulators can become conductors if the potential difference high enough. Think about lightning. Air is usually a pretty good insulator, but the high potential difference in lightning makes it into a conductor. Pure, distilled water is a very good insulator at relatively low voltages, even 110V AC.
      Some folks may never have actually investigated the conductivity of water. Tap water can be a good conductor due to calcium, magnesium, and carbonate ions, or other substances. But distilled water has no additional ions, except for H+ and OH-. The bottom line is that water itself is a poor conductor. Solutions of salts are good conductors."

      @@oahts5906 I haven't read the patents in a while and I only briefly went through them, but I can only imagine that anyone with a valuable invention would not put it all in the patent so it could be stolen, just enough to cover the main concepts to make the patent enforceable, not all the little details to make it work. So I'm just guessing.
