Do you have to hold the door to prevent it from moving when using the water dispenser?

When they dropped mine off from Lowe’s, the touch sensor was not working on the fridge side, the freezer side was working fine. The delivery people refused to take it back and the people on the phone they called, yelled at us like we did something wrong!. Worst experience with this fridge so far, but it is nice.

How it works the refill system? Do i need a external water conection ?

All of the water in the door and for the pitcher are on the same water supply line as the ice maker. You just need the one water supply line to the refrigerator.
