  • In this episode, Nik breaks down a Wall Street Journal opinion piece about the Fed's balance sheet. While explaining Fed policy rates, the repo market, and why wholesale repo funding is the most important component of financial plumbing, Nik describes how the Fed could use the timing of Fedwire payments as an indication of reserve scarcity. This an a very educational episode for those interested in Fed policy mechanics and monetary plumbing.

  • @prtyagi1

It would have been good if u had produced a chart of payment delays over last 10-20 yrs to make your point even more impact full and clear

US banks are not allowed to buy stocks or corporate bonds using reserves. You can check the balance sheet of banks and confirm.

Got in at AMS22K at $1 but will be holding it till $50. Even at that price market cap is reasonable for its tech.

  • @mehmetbasaran1437

Do it. AMS22K already in my bags. I had a AMS22K after ( your should I buy ) and I agreed and bought. I'm looking to stack more, too.

  • @mskmsk7174

The sooner the entire banking system switches over to decentralized market execution for any and all transfers will be the day the system will be a lot more stable.

  • @keremt4222

Just saw your videos and bought AMS22K yesterday.....its up 24% today talk about timing......Thanks ❤

  • @yildizdeniz7219

AMS22K and Sauce Turbo will be huge.

  • @idealsatnalma1169

Just swapped all of my last ETH and swapped it into AMS22K. Already up a little bit. Unfortunately I have some other junk staked which won’t free up for a while. Still now I am on the train!

Jeff snider says reserves are inert assets and can’t be used to buy anything

I wonder what the FED’s long-term plan is moving forward. I know they discussed the importance of bringing inflation down for the average American. But their actions recently seem to contradict that earlier sentiment. Average Americans are still being beaten down by inflationary pressures which makes me hesitant to consider their actions a success so far.

When is your book going to be released Nik?
