This is the first season in a few years that I don't care about a single person who has made it to the finals. None of them stand out to me.
Wow, surprised! I think her tone is my favorite of the show. She has built in auto tune in her throat and I just love it! She was always so consistent and I honestly thought she could 100% be a finalist! Such a unique voice and controls it so well! I’m just obsessed with her tone honestly! I loved that she showed off her belting voice and threw in a riff to say hey I can do this too, I just don’t need to!
"She has built autotune in her throat" is the most perfect description that I never in a million years would have come up with myself. I cried when she left and you couldn't have explained her talent any better.
Anya covering Taylor swift version of her song was all too well
Abi Carter from American idol also sang this today. I prefer this one though.

confidently throwing off those low notes, well done. She seems to connect to the lyric, works thru the emotion. She dug in nicely at points, gave us some long-held notes & height, briefly. Pretty good.
She deserves to be in LIVE
On the positive side...if The Voice offers call backs to 4 contestants like last season Anya will definitely get another shot

Truly disgusted and in disbelief that Olivia and Anya were the two to go home. These two women were literally my top two favorite women this season. They are both so raw and natural. I couldn't believe they both were standing there last night, going home. They both were so naturally flawless, unique, captivating, brought me to tears every single performance. I could listen to them both all day and night. I'm crying just typing this while listening to Anya. "Casually cruel" is how I feel. If either of you are reading this, I love both of you so much and you both were top 5 for me. So deeply devastated and I will be looking for your socials after this because I can't get over either of your voices. This was such a mistake by Dan and Shay. Two huge mistakes. Love you Anya

Wow. What a gift. She locked into her low notes, had great resonance in her midrange, only struggled a bit on her top top notes, but that’s okay. I really thought she was one of the ones to beat.

She’s such a captivating singer, but she seemed slightly unsure, while singing this particular song.
I get why they chose Karen, but I think Anya deserved the spot and a different Taylor Swift song. She sounded lovely and amazing but the song is a little too iconic and she didn't have the same connection to it that Taylor shows.
Karen did awesome, Tae was the filler pick.
I love this version but I think Cara Brindisi is the best version for this song.

I’ve watched it multiple times and have to agree. But if you watch all the coach’s expressions nobody seemed really taken with her the way many of us were. Perhaps it was the voice modulation, or warbling? Guaranteed had Gwen, Blake, or Niall been her coach they would have said something to the effect of: “you improve so
U h week to week I’m too vested to see where your journey takes you, but I know it isn’t over yet.” Dan and Shay felt differently, apparently, advancing two artists that were technically more polished but were already at the peak of their vocal potential. I would have preferred to see what Anya could do with another month of top notch coaching. Such an emotionally evocative performance, and such an emotionally compelling performer.

Dan & Shay majorly screwed up not picking her. She was Top 2 for me on their team with Madison. Easily could have made the final. Tae & Karen are nowhere near as compelling as she is. Getting rid of Anya was very stupid

I agree, but I like her charm. However, I feel like her style is common in this generation. Yes, it sounds unique, but it's not rare currently. This is a good performance, but in my opinion, something is lacking. I didn't connect too much with her song choice, but her voice has a nice crack, although her enunciation is not so clear. This is just my opinion though

So, I don't think I need to compare her to this performance. These are two different people who started on different paths, but one thing they have in common is their pursuit of music. It's essential to consider the changing times, the digital age where people can easily share their music and covers. Taylor is not common in her time, unlike people who do better covers, but regardless, you see Taylor as common. I don't think anyone can write "All too well" with the same feel as Taylor Swift because this is based on her experiences.
I've heard many "All too well" covers, which is why I feel something is lacking in this performance. It's an overrated song that many people cover, but some really bring out the emotions in it that you'll always remember...
