6:30 Unplug the battery before removing the display. You can short out the display and fry your backlight if you don't unplug it. You only have to undo two screws, it isn't hard.

Been swapping these for years and there's 1 warning I'll post for everyone to see. Whenever you do this, know that you'll always lose the original signal strength for your cellular and your wi-fi connections. Don't know why, but it always happens with the modded housings.
