The exact same day 2 years ago, 31 of August 2020, I discovered content on the superconscious (although I studied it in French under "supramental" or "supraconscience"). This discovery changed my life. The information I absorbed allowed me to realize my thoughts weren't fully mine, but were mine to manipulate and change, allowing me to finally get control over my life-long dysthimia and suicidal ideation. It helped me begin my despiritualization journey after spending life jumping from one spiritual or religious perspective to another; getting rid of beliefs that didn't serve me outside of feeding the entities/thought-form attached to me. It has been such a wild ride. I don't know if the same content I studied is fully available in English but I'd recommend to anyone ready to dive deeper to have a look. The works of Bernard de Montréal especially, he had books and translated content in English also.
