Maybe consider doing a series of video (regardless of listing prices), with just pools, with just a lanai, with just golf views, with just water views, with preserve views, with just a wall view, and with the steel-giant electric power line views.

Wonderful you remember cooking in the basement! Allot of my Italian friends in the 50's/60's/70's, had kitchens in the basement! They would make sauce, and the beef knots, simmering in the pot!
Love my Italian friends simmering in the pots in our basements in Old Brooklyn Ohio back in the 70's!
Just saying, that the cost per square foot in the Villages with the bond, and the taxes and then add the Insurance Problems in Florida! Robyn, may bey you should move to Ohio and enjoy the 4 seasons and save a ton of money in fees and taxes and all the expenses I have been watching!
I have been following the Villages for Years, and follow the strange things that happened in Brownwood after it was completed! The Taxes, the bonds, the fees, and then the Brownwood Theater Shutdown! I know the IRS was auditing the Villages and this has been going on for years! Robyn, are you connected to the internal Villages issues and problems? Or are you connected to the Top of The World Issues? Waiting to hear you talk about the days/ the parks/ the issues!
What about days? What it's like living here on a daily basis? Day in the life? Parks...do you mean walking trails? Issues? If its is Real Estate related and will affect my viewers than I will mentionn it but I think the newspaper does a better job or reporting Village Gazette not The Village Sun

Robyn, In my area of Ohio, we have to wrap all of our furniture and mattress's in plastic wrap now before our trash contractor will pick it up once a month! Thank you for sharing information!!!
I tipped the drivers...there were a lot of pieces! My mattress and box spring are on the curb next week. That I cannot do myself. Have a friend over to assist. :)

Robyn, when I was growing up, we had plastic on the sofa and chairs in the living room. The same at my grandparents home in Brooklyn. Mom called it Early Jewish Renaissance. And they used to say what's the difference between a Jewish mother and an Italian one? The menu. I'm getting downsizing nervous. You're calling 2500 sq ft big. We have 4400. 5 bathrooms, but that's way too much. I do desire to downsize. I would not pay an extra few hundred k for a swamp view. 😆 when we get there, I'm definitely calling you.

I never could understand, why people would buy a mansion of home, and only 2 people lives in it.
I know a Billionaire , and his wife , they have a home 10,000 sq ft , and this home has everything , sitting on 40 acres of land.
I never felt comfortable living in a Huge home over 5,000 sq ft or bigger . Our home is good size. I would only want a home 3,000 sq ft , that's my limit.
