    The IR disagree fault can be misleading. At the point it is displayed, unless IR3 had been selected thru the switching panel, only IR1 is being electrically supplied. This emergency twists the tasksharing we are used to, keeps CM1 busy with the manual flight, and CM2 overwhelmed by the procedures. In this enviroment, if you are not paying very close attention to every line you can end up calling into question an important and reliable reference.

    Copilot switches off wrong ADR 3 instead of number 2

      Actually you’re incorrect. He switched of No.3. The ADIRS switch position is 1, 3, 2. Just think of it as 1. Captains side, 2. First Officers side and 3. Is in the middle.
