Glycerin made my jack o lantern smoke for extremely long time, way longer then the dry ice but dose eventually vape away so make sure to put a lot

It would be possible only with electric heater for the glycerin. The CO2 from the dry ice would kill the candle flames

You store it in a foam container. You need to add ice in the water every 3-5 minutes
