Love the pumpkin very menacing and frighteningly cool. You , Wicked Makers, and Stiltbeast Studios are really getting me excited for my favorite holiday. ❤ Yes Halloween is a holiday!☺️
I love how your worked on every details. The extra pieces of roots", the leaves you added, the eyes of the pumpkin. Everything is perfect. You're so talented 🙏
When the video is 19 minutes long and my 3yo daycare kids watch from start to finish, you know this has got to be awesome! A plethora of 👍👍 up for you Isaac!!
I used your base model and made a pumpkin that is about twice the size of yours, and I made the legs detachable to save storage space and be easier to transport. It was displayed in one of our neighborhood common areas (lit up with a UV floodlight and some red for accent lighting) and got a lot of great feedback. I left out the "leaves," but it still look really great. Thanks for the inspiration!
This looks like something out of a horror movie! You keep taking it up a notch with every video. It's unbelievable that you can take easy to find items and create the things you do. You inspire us all, thanks Issac. ❤
I would still like to see and think a great idea would be a giant pumpkin/jack-o-lantern snowman. Three pumpkins stacked like a snowman with the top one a jack-o-lantern for the face, add a hat, scarf, stick arms. That would be so cute and cool. Hope you'll think about it. Thank you 🧡🤎💛🍁🍂
Hands down the most unique, creative diy Halloween project ever! I’ve never seen anything like it! Isaac, it’s ridiculous how talented you are at carving a few foam blocks into a perfect pumpkin shape. Loctite is a definite game changer, bro. It seems so incredibly versatile! Those pumpkin stems look amazing! The yellow eyes and the teeth make it look super evil! Awesome work! 🎃
Well I knew I should have built my storage building/workshop bigger the 20 x 20 w/ 10ft ceilings lol. I'm going to definitely build this, however I need to try & figure out how to build & be able to take apart in sections to store. This is another awesome idea Issac
Awesome! I’m gonna try this! Just out of curiosity have you ever thought about making a spooky cellar door with the doors trying to open/close like something is trying to break out? I made one last year but I’m not happy how mine turned out but I would love to see your ideas
I’ve never thought about making one but maybe it’s something that I can explore for next year. Would love to see what you did though if you’d like to share on Facebook (Isaac Alexander DIY)
Love your videos.. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything. Looking forward to more Halloween 🎃 👻 and Christmas 🎄 videos... Best how to videos..
I mean, considering that half of the videos that I used styrofoam blocks, I used glues other than expanding foam, there should be no reason to be happy about me using something that I already actively do on my channel 😃
I watched this 3 times and it's awesome...but I was really hoping for some details on painting the legs...er, roots. What kind of paint did you use (just plain exterior latex?) and how did you create the detail? Because that's what I can't seem to master and yours look great.
I just used plain exterior latex paint and it was a brown paint that was on sale. For the main “roots” I used brown and for the smaller offshoots i used the same brown but mixed with a few drops of black paint to darken it ever so slightly. I used a regular paint brushes and painted all the legs brown, I didn’t add any other details
Wow. Pretty cool. This is one pumpkin that escaped the patch! 🎃 Now if you somehow really make those legs walk, it would scare the begeebers out of me if I saw that moving across a yard. Terrifying. (BTW - saw a Big Lots skeleton and thought of you. Wonder how you would rate it. Ball joints on arms and elbows and other weird gear joint on knees. $50. I only looked bc of your last video. 😂)
Another great prop. May I ask if you can make these projects without the blocks? I watched your video on where to get them, but most of us likely don't have access to them like you do in those searches. Your Beach ball and Great stuff in the other video is something I will be using!!
Thank you so much ! I have actually seen people create pumpkins from expanding foam. I believe Stilt Beast studios did a expanding foam, pumpkin tutorial.
@IsaacAlexanderDIY I was referring to the Loctite Foam technique you're using which very well may have originated somewhere else but, the creation itself I can tell is fully original and spectacular.
Issac, I absolutely love your tutorial videos. However.....I have looked EVERYWHERE for these styrofoam blocks you use, and I don't know if Canada packages things differently than they do in the USA, or if stores here have some kind of environmental laws and get rid of them, but they just aren't available anywhere in Canada. What can we use instead? Or maybe could you consider making your props and decorations "styrofoam block free" in the future? ......So that us Canadians can join in making the stuff too? The ONLY place I have seen them, is on Amazon,.......for $25-$30 EACH. Thank you again for sharing.
I’m so sorry for my slow reply, it’s been so busy on my end. I think that’s a good idea you’ve brought, for me to create a styrofoam block free version. I think rules might be tighter in Canada with styrofoam and that’s why it’s harder to find. I’m sorry that you’ve not been able to find some 😣
Hello. I am also in Ontario. Did you ever find an option for these large blocks ? I was thinking of glueing some together to form a block … have you found another option ?
Wow you're back to those foam blocks just use spray foam. I had 4 people last year searching the entire state of UTQAH and NEVADA looking for these foam blocks, i even put a Facebook marketplace add offering a reward, and have never seen one that isn't very small. I'm sorry i bought your book for my grandson, and watch all your videos even did 12 lighted Christmas trees, but bam you crossed that line and as my old 1989 drill sergeant said to mew once you cross my line you crossed me, so i'm have to get out of this block video rabbit hole and back to sanity.
1:24 love that you link everything!
Thank you so much !
My absolute favorite!!! It looks like a legit movie prop! Love it!!
Thank you so much 🥰
Love the pumpkin very menacing and frighteningly cool. You , Wicked Makers, and Stiltbeast Studios are really getting me excited for my favorite holiday. ❤ Yes Halloween is a holiday!☺️
I’m glad I could be included with the greats!
Your attention to detail is Everything!!! Living for this pumpkin creation!!!💙
Thank you so much!!☺️

Thank you so much! Glad you love it
When the video is 19 minutes long and my 3yo daycare kids watch from start to finish, you know this has got to be awesome! A plethora of 👍👍 up for you Isaac!!
Oh this just made my heart smile! I soooo wish I could see them watching it. That’s so adorable
I love how creative you are and how hard you work on these.
Thank you so much!☺️☺️

That sounds AMAZING! So glad my tutorial could help! Love how you modified it! Sounds even better than mine!
Love it! Loctite makes a huge difference!! I love how moldable it is. You cannot do that with great stuff. Great prop as always, thanks!!
Indeed! You can only do it with loctite
This is really cool… some creepy moss on the branches, and some spider webs between the offshoots etc, would look awesome! 😍
That would be cool!
I love this! It's so unique. Who would have thought of a creep, walking jack o' lantern? Genius. 🎃🖤
Thank you so much !
Fantastic. Looking forward to seeing your final reveal.
It comes out this week
This looks like something out of a horror movie! You keep taking it up a notch with every video. It's unbelievable that you can take easy to find items and create the things you do. You inspire us all, thanks Issac. ❤
Go big or go home is what I say!
That's so "Nightmare Before Christmas" and I love it :)
Indeed!!!
Always a pleasure watching you create your masterpiece
Thank you so much for watching

I found the comment you were referring to! Haha
Those teeth make this Jack-o-lantern totally menacing.
Indeed it does! Teeth look like yours

Thanks lol
FREAKIN' AWESOME!!!
Thank you! 😊
Very creepy and cool. Looks awesome 🧡🤎💛🍁🍂
Thank you so much !
Dammm that is an awesome idea. Too bad no where to store it 😂
It is rather bulky for storage
Bonsoir Isaac, encore un chef d’œuvre, vous êtes très inventif et il en faut des personnes comme vous, merci beaucoup. Respect.😉😉😉
This is absolutely cool, but how do you store it?? 😅
the leaves really did make it pop. nice little feature to enhance a wonderful project! nailed it again Isaac
Thank you so much Benny 🅰️
Your videos always hype me up for Halloween, wish I’d make the time to follow your projects!
Glad they hype you up
BEAUTIFULLY done Great job as usual Isaac
Another prop to add to my TO MAKE LIST😊
Haha thanks buddy !

Love your videos.. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything. Looking forward to more Halloween 🎃 👻 and Christmas 🎄 videos... Best how to videos..
Appreciate your kind comment!
I'm happy to see you using something other than expanding foam for glueing.

🖤🧡 Yes! I love this! Looks amazing!
Yay! Thank you!
I would like some ideas on cornstalks like in a corn field
AWESOME!!! 👍👍👍
Thank you so much !
Thanks! Another great tutorial
Thank you so much! That’s very kind of you! Appreciate all support and the generosity!
Hope lock tite gives you a discount for all the product you use
I WISH! Since I use so much

I love that look at that Janka lanner.
Thanks 😊
very cool! love this project. 🎃👍

You're welcome.

Isaac that is crazy good !
Appreciate that! 😊
Instead of using the foam clay can you use the expanding foam before you even start painting it?
you should do a haunt build series so we get gradual updates leading up to the big all in one video
That’s a good idea
Amazing creation :-) love it. How does the paint and foam hold up to rain/bad weather?
I would like to know as well
I used exterior latex paint and it will hold up fine all season
18:44 sooooo good!!!!!
🥳
This is fire!!! What was the total cost do you think?
Probably $60
AWESOMNESS!!!!! TY!!!!
You're welcome!!
A guy could make a sweet tree with that lock tight.
Indeed!!
You are amazing artist, do you think that you could make Jack Skeleton please🙏 you would rock it you do on everything you make ❤
Darn it! I just bought 7 cans of 1 inch expanding great stuff. How bad is it if you wet great stuff? The "skin" won't form? Can't shape it? Thanks
Correct, it won’t work the same way as Loctite. Wetting great stuff, expanding foam won’t form a skin that allows you to mold it.
Fantastic.
Many thanks!
Amazing!
Thanks!
that's awesome thanks for sharing HFL!!
Any time!
How are you able to post so many high quality videos this often? Also great video as always!
Thank you so much! I actually begin building my props usually in March up until August and film the “reveal” outdoors during the summer.
So good😮😮
Thank you so much !
Amazing!!!😍
Thank you! 😄
🧡💜💚 Such a very cool 🎃 💚💜🧡
Thank you so much !
Somebody else watches Stiltbeast Studios... I knew you had good tastes.
I get inspired by my own inspirations, not by other creators
@IsaacAlexanderDIY I was referring to the Loctite Foam technique you're using which very well may have originated somewhere else but, the creation itself I can tell is fully original and spectacular.
@@Elmerstudd007 ah understood ! 😊
This is giving me ideas!!!
In Canada we don’t have Loctite foam at Home Depot. We do have “Tite Foam” by LePage. Does anyone know if it works the same as Loctite?
🧡🧡🖤🖤 you did it again!
Indeed! 😊
Should always paint your dark colours first. That way the shadows are created as you paint your lighter colours.
Great tip!
Love!! 😮🖤
😊😊😊🥳
how much money did you spend on this project?
Probably 60$

What did you make the teeth and eyeballs out of?
See Isaac’s links in the description by clicking “…more” under the title of the video.
awesome
Thanks 😊
I hate cutting that foam is the worst sound ever .... but I like your work hopefully I could do this I love decorating for Halloween 🎃
It is an awful sound isn’t it? I’m glad you like my decorations
You should try papier-mâché???
Good tip

It looks like the Mind Flayer from Stranger Things
Yes !
Didn't mention the paint in the legs . Wanted to know that
It was just leftover brown paint that I got on sale. You can use any brown exterior latex paint
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Omg😮
🤩
Bro them blocks are super hard to find and u keep showing them
Have you looked in the locations I recommended? I made a video on how to find them
