How to repair a Duotone Wing Bladder with a Iron,hot welding the PU

2023 in Bonair we had multiple Bladder seam failur on our new 2023 Duotone SLS Slick 7m and also on the 5m. As there is no repair or replacement, welding it with a iron is the only solution.

Hi Roland, many thanks for your useful instructions. I bought a brand new Unit v4 and have the same problem. I tried to glue it but the bladder failed so many times and the seams opened so far that I gave up. I couldn't even use the wing once. Duotone sent me a new bladder after I complained under warranty. shocking to use so low quality bladders
