What you'll need:
1 pack of kataifi shredded dough
3/4 cup butter
3/4 lb mozarella cheese
1 lb ricotta cheese
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 lemon wedge
2 tsp rose water
2 tsp orange blossom water
Blended/crushed pistachio
