sирина Modgnique it’s the Department of Motor vehicles. You stand it lines and are given a number and when the number is called you go up to a desk and get your business done. You can get your drivers permit or license and also renew you plate and a bunch of other stuff. They are well know for being difficult, slow, crowded, and no one there is happy. Especially the employees.

I really appreciate that she gives tips that don't necessarily look good in real life, she tells you exactly the pros and cons of photos instead of real life, and tells you what to change to look better in pictures as opposed to just a "how to look good" makeup tutorial

I applied makeup and made my hair nice for my state ID, yet my photo turned out like trash. I went in a hoodie with no makeup or anything done with my hair for my driver's license, yet it looked better XD

In my country, in passport photos you can upload your own so long as you meet certain requirements so I was able to do my own lighting and everything from home and I’m quite happy with mine

THIS TUTORIAL WORKS WONDERS ~ Thank you very much!! I followed the tutorial this morning before taking my new ID's picture. You were absolutely right and it worked wonders. I never contour or wear blush, I wasn't sure at first about the heavy makeup - but you were right, it countered the white flash and made me look less cadaveric than usual. I spent a lot of extra time making sure my eyebrows were even and followed every direction for eye makeup, too; the result was a very flattering, put-together look, very beautiful and professional. Feeling so confident about my face looking its best helped me face the camera with a different attitude - I am quite happy with my new ID picture, thanks a lot 🖤🖤🖤
