The solo work for Guns in the sky opening during Wembly was so bad ass, just awsome.

The first interview I saw with Mike and Tim was on a Saturday kids show in the 90s to promote the greatest hits album. Both were so humble towards the audience and minded their pees and queues

My first guitar, bought in 1994, was named "timila" because of this guy. INXS was the first CD I bought, and the first concert I attended with only 13 years old, March 4th 1994 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Listening to him, so many memories. Still My favorite band, almost 30 years after

I really liked seeing the “Live Baby Live INXS” movie, that was shot at the 1991 Wembley concert. The movie came out in 2019 or 2020.

Great interview! Thank you! I feel much better having seen this video, listening to Tim and his insight and memories.. Just assured me of the strong friendship the band truly had with one another. And learning of Tim's musical upbringing and how he had an Italian teacherwho taught him classical music, how to write it and play it, was amazing. For all the interviews that I've experienced of INXS this was the first one with Tim, and first ive heard of the Farriss musical lessons and family expectations. Which are certainly the premise for the Farris brothers to share music with each other and their friends. Fantastic story to embed into the INXS history. Helps round out all thoe rough edges of the history abyss.

Tim , great interview, I’ve enjoyed watching you play with the band INXS, been a massive fan of the bands music since the early 80’s, I first seen you guys in the old Wembley stadium 91 then lucky to get one of the last few tickets for myself and my wife to see you all again at Brixton academy, your all awesome as one of the greatest rock bands every to walk this earth, I thank you all for your music , 👍👍

I'm a huge INXS fan. Michael and Tim were my favorite members. I find it not terribly surprising that Tim got along w/Nile Rodgers. He does love his funk and R&B. However, as much as love INXS, I disagree w/him on one point. As a band, they're terrific. After Michael died, it was of course their right to move on if they chose. Queen did the same thing, that's correct. However, for me, the heart and soul of INXS died w/Michael too. I wish them all well and they can do what they want but, that's I feel.
BTW, another band in a similar situation was Led Zeppelin, a band I also love. Unlike Queen and INXS, they called it quits after John Bonham died. People would've understood if it were Jimmy Page or Robert Plant. But he was their drummer. I've always admired them for quitting because it seems their mentality, which is just as important when it comes to family, united we stand, united we fall.
