This is the weirdest timing ever. I was looking at the channel playlistst and as soon as I crossed the masterclass playlist, I got this in my notifications
24:23 QB, the Sheridan has Spaced Armor (why it looks very boxy)all over the hull. Its the reason why he didnt damage you (because it only hit the spaced armor and not the main armor aswell) and why you thought it bounced.
It is so sweet to hit these box-shaped tanks

Was that a HEAT bounce? I used to bounce a lot of high alpha shells in my sheridan too, but those don't show on the blocking stats.
The entire rear of the vehicle is spaced armor. He hit the rear parallel so it didn’t actually hit the main crew compartment. It only penetrated the spaced armor. That happens a lot of World of tanks blitz too
@@ShahMUmair ye it doesnt show on the stats because it didnt even hit the structure of the tank, only the spaced armor on the outside
With bond vents and bounty aiming device coupled with the accuracy field mod, you can get a respectable .32 accuracy on sheridan, coupled with the HEAT rounds and the good aim time, you can set it up as a support IFV style.. not the best way to play it, but when you get matched with T 100 LT or EBR, you`re better off playing as a support flanker than be useless.
Or… Hear me out… you could play war thunder instead :)

It is soo easy seeing QB handle his tanks. For some inexplicable reason I always have a bit more trouble with it...
Same. I always have to remind myself that he is playing all day, every day, and for every video he's showing, he's going through 1 or 2 dozen games to find something to post here. Granted, he's awesome, but anyone would be playing the amount of hours/games he's playing. I always watch and think..."I can do that" and then proceed to get crushed. :)

The dpm on the sheridan is so nice to have. I feel like whenever I play the T100 I have to be very very aware and proactive about doing damage throughout the game or else it might bite my ass later on in the game.

Coated optics and a view ramge beyond 445m also helps u to see the opponent in bushes - it is not only commaders vision which plays a role here.
Thank you for that video. I've recently bought Sheridan but after about 20 battles or so, I just didn't feel any connection with the vehicle. I felt worst than any other light tanks, even than RHM. I'll try some of these tips and maybe find the way around it.
Currently grinding for the Sheridan and this video is truly a blessing. The AMX 13 105 is my favourite tank and i hope the sheridan offers similar gameplay where you are both a scout and an absolute monster in damage.

Light tanks have so much influence in games and yet the most difficult to play them well. Whenever teammates say the light tank in the enemy team is better, it is frustrating but also hard to deny. Sheridan is probably one of the tanks that require the most experience and versed skills to outplay other popular light tanks which just sit in the right place from the beginning. Even if I have the same build as you, I won't even dare to move that aggressively. XD Back in the days without so many EBRs and Manticores, I had a great time with Sheridan.

This series is crazy good
Always try to face rearward with the Sheridan as the entire rear part of the vehicle is spaced armor and leads to a lot of “black hole” shells (at last that’s how it is in WoT Blitz). It also lets you pretreat from a position more quickly as you’re instead driving forward.
not possible on ridgelines tho, since you don't have the 10 degrees of gun depression over the back. There it is actually just 4.5 degrees.
Another train of thought is to invest in that view range. Know that you are easily spottable, use hard cover/terrain knowledge, but pump what you can spot way past what anyone else can. Rather than sit in a bush and wait, you 'peak spot' from behind a ridge. If they can't hit you, it doesn't matter if they can see you. Before Field Mods my Manti had 511m VR. The Sheridan with Bond Optics hits 537 before mods or vents. Not sure how this compares to a 'camo-compensation' build, but might be worth exploring. Nothing worse when you are playing a Manti than having to advance on a high-VR opponent.
I always think that you need a high VR and CVS

Do a top 10 favourite tanks of yours (in the game). Ones you enjoy playing the most, personal favourites, best looking etc
You can bind the auto-aim button for something else than RMB, then you can actually hold your gun in place while aiming at enemies without trigerring auto-aim.

QuickyBaby we need a masterclass for the AMX 30b! I think making a dedicated video about the tank highlighting it's numerous high stats and impressive damage and spotting potential, it could bring many players to realize how good the tank really is! Too many 30b haters for how good the tank is

Why not pick up the Improved Radio Set - would pair nicely with the reload time and increase the effective DPM that way.
Every time when I go up the bush line in my Manticore even with all the equipment and skills I still get spotted. Dunno what black magic quicky in in his game.

Would you say that this tank is bettet with this setup than the t100?
How applicable is this guide to the t49, as it has a similar playstyle with the same choice for the guns?
Im currnetly grinding t49 as the sheridan is top of the tree, and im wondering how to set it up properly...
Im running optics vert-stab and gun rammer for the time, cuz i dont have the field mods yet (obviously).
In blitz we only get the "derp" gun... Though i wouldn't call it "derp" as it is fairly accurate and can reliably pen e100 and maus cheeks with gold...
While stil doing 560 dmg with standard ammo

Have not reached the Sheridan and not sure I want to. Have had a few decent games in my M41 WBD though.
Unpopular opinion, Ru251 is the light thank with the highest potential in the game at the high tiers, low caliber gun allows you to fire and spot at max spotting range without being spotted, has a good low profile, middle of the pack concealment, and works with dpm or scouting builds.
So... when can we see such a review about the Rheinmetall?! XD

I really like the concept of the master class. Any chances of one for the Manticore? I find it is a bit like a pre-nerf ELC bis on tier 10 and I'd like to get better with it.

q: I see that on this tank and on others, your crew members have some skills trained several times (such as repairs x4). How do you do this?
Hacker
Repairs for example is available for any crew member, and it will reduce the time to repair modules the more crew members you have it on. (having it 100% trained on all crew members will be the most effective).
Brothers in arms will only work if you have it 100% trained on all crew members.

I'm not sure if I want this still. I'm almost to the T37 and I'm kinda unimpressed with the Sheridans play in this meta. Mediums can do what this does and then some its kinda useless

Learning how to bounce/bait the enemy to shot the space armor. Why are the smart one playing blitz. Gets eviscerated by high explosives by 3 120 and a couple of 15cm. Fun lief

Imagine that the 152mm launcher had ATGM in WoT… It would be just OP… WoT Console Sheridan has ATGM and is pretty good tank.

I used to play a lot of Dota 2 and they struggled to balance hero’s because they would be completely balanced at higher ranks or even completely under powered but at lower ranks they’d be completely broken. I feel like the Sheridan is the exact same way.
Dota 2 item and WoT equipment are the balance shifter of the game

Can anyone explain to me how 20% coming from the boosted CVS and 3% coming from field mods add up to 22.4%? I have the same on my T-100 LT and I can't figure it why it isn't simply 23%
Could be that it's roundup, like it's 2.4% but in description it roundup to 3.
The fact is you need high-end equipment to make a tier 10 playable regardless of WG intentions with the tank. I didn't care to rush to get all that. The 152mm is what made the scout tank fun. They just took away the fun and turned it into the pinnacle of a try-hard setup scout tank. Even if you complete the try-hard phase, You are so burnt out that you don't ever want to see this tank again. Like what happened to me.
@@nephalos666 And yet we still have people who insist that the HE rework was wonderful because....they were annoyed that people were able to do chip damage to their Chieftain or Kranvagn.
But since Wargaming isn't going to ever reverse the HE nerf, what the Sheridan needs is to add an AP shell for the 152mm and buff the HEAT penetration. (Fun fact, the real-life HEAT shell for this gun had 380mm pen. In-game it's only 152mm pen.)
WHY is it SO disheartening that when QB plays like this, he ALWAYS hits his shots, but when I play like this, I get found, miss the shot, and die after 1900 dmg. I want 5k dmg too!!
Gotta keep learning and getting a fell for the tanks and maps.
