Suzuki Sepia Starts Up But Does Not Drive

Scooter Suzuki Sepia, has no power to move.
I managed to find several reasons:
1. Short belt should be 650x16.5
2. Slips clutch, loosened pad springs.
3. Production on the tracks of the torc driver.
4. The candle worked intermittently.
5. A very clogged muffler.
6. The rollers have a little wear, but still.
7. The belt does not lie on the variator sleeve; I had to add a washer.
