    Great demonstration, very clear and easy to understand. And I learned something else: it’s okay to pour out the first drops of the oyster’s liquor because it will reproduce what it needs.

    Shuck oysters, pronounced with "sh" of shout, chef, shoe. Shuck oysters, not chuck oysters (chuck would mean to throw them, such as out the window or against a wall.

      Director de cine, you mean, but that would be Spanish. In French, you call it un réalisateur
