Yes 2 years is enough. Both have to take the IR separately and attach with their visa form.

This is same like all other visa. Do you have the requried documents from University ? if so , you can go go the KVAC in Egmore and submit the documents.
There is no appointment there. you can call up them and they will give you details on when to come.
1. Sir now should we apply through VFS or embassy?
2. I don’t have much bank balance because I move it to my liquid fund account.
3. you have mentioned that we should write application form. But I think we already have the form on Korea website .
4. if it gets rejected, can I reapply? Is there cooling period after a rejection?

Korea visa may take 30 calendar days as updated by embassy. They asked to wait 30 days.

Having a good travel history will get through the visa easily. Possibliity of rejection is less.

Yes, Salary slip is Mandatory. They asked Bonafide leter from the company letter head signed by HR. They asked Original copy . But they might have relaxed sometimes. It is better to keep it. They will verify the bank transfer amount and the payslip amount.

You have to wait for 6 months before reapplying.
You can try going to other visa free countries like srilanka Malaysia Thailand Vietnam Qatar and have a travel history.
Sir did they mention insufficient income as a reason explicitly? Can you exactly put the reasons here?

Your government appointment order should be good . Also enquire in the kvac Egmore if you need NOC . Because few visas will require a No objection certificate from your department for travelling.

The best way i would suggest is to get into an Korean company from India and then go there. Direct employment is possible, just that you have to wait some time and patiently search. Are you employed currently ?

Hi @ramyasenthil8348 one will need approximately $10000 USD which is roughly 8Lakh INR which is Korean Won equivalent 39,24,660.00. This is the money which you show as proof to meet your expenses during your study time.
The above is for one year course.

Payslip is not an issue for tourism. They expect two years of IT filing and bank balance and any travel history. One of my colleague with no travel history in past also got his visa approved. That's why I said at starting that it's all luck. We do not have visa interview also to explain.
