I bought the new-ish GMD-S5600 model recently and was sorely disappointed by how tightly the strap clasps the sides of my wrist. Very uncomfortable and definitely designed for smaller wrists. This new GA-2300 has a completely different strap design that makes the watch lie flush on a surface and I imagine it wraps around the wrist more comfortably than the classic G-Shock strap design. I know you said in the video this model wears comfortably, but have you tried the undersized classic strap and can you confirm this wears more comfortably than that?

100% fair comment. They're definitely trying to chase the success of the CasiOak. The community lapped that original GA-2100 up... Not so sure about this one though
@@MoorlanderEDC They had several very good approaches, but they seem to be stuck with the Casioaks. Here, on our local platform, hundreds try to get rid of the Casioaks, for prices you can only lough about. Everyone believed in prices going through the ceiling, but ... ^^ I hope that Casio will find a way to attract new customers. At the moment i find it more attractive to look at older models - some weeks ago i found a LWS-2200H-1AV for about 20 Euro (+ Nato strap). What a brilliant little watch for EDC, worth a second glance. :-)
It is an ugly wacth like the ga2100 but with extra steps
Fresh.
Nah.
Lose the thumb ring
Sorry it means too much to me. I bought it on the holiday mum my couldn't attend as she's found out she had cancer... The same holiday my eldest daughter was conceived. Means way too much to me
This GA2300 seems pretty smaller compare to other models ,feels the size like baby g model or some ladies model .
PASS
Not keen on this. That big X across the face is distracting for me & is pointless imho.
This thing is ugly and looks to be just as unreadable as a lot of the other stuff they are puttting out.
Dont understand why they put the neg. display on this. It was small enough on the 2100 and people couldn't read them then... Hard no for me.
casio watch x omintrix+casio :)
🤣🤣🤣
Those giant plastic lugs and the small size make this a "no go" for me.
Aka Twitter watch 🤣🤣
Didn't see it at first and now it's all I can see. I want my X-men watch back 😆😆😆😆😆
Thats cool looking but I wont buy it.
😬
Omnitrix
Ha ha ha... They need to do a grey and green version 😂
