But keep in mind that letting go isn't the end of the world, it's the beginning of a new life. When you're depressed you don't control your thoughts, your thoughts control you. I wish people understood Don't trust your thought when you are depressed. It is highly unlikely that it is true. Whatever you are depressed about won't last forever.
