Just got this, too, and haven't used it yet. I've recently gotten hooked on Dash products as they're made for small batches, which is perfect for small family or just 1 serving. I wish Dash was around when I was back in college and as a single person.

i just tried mine for the first time, but i think mine doesn't heat up as well as yours...it doesn't cook the doughnuts all the way through, despite how long i leave them in...Also, the other night, i plugged it in before using it tonight, and it definitely seems like it wasn't hot enough...Your's looks like it cooks perfectly...oh, and i even flipped mine, but it doesn't look like you flipped your doughnuts, so it looks like you got a really good functioning one...🎄

I've used it a few times with one time the recipe they gave and both seemed to be kind of dry tasting. Need to figure out the secret to making them perfect

I bought one, followed the dough recipe EXACTLY. In the instructions it says to cook one side 1.5min then flip for four. The dough was too thick, they had burn spots, and lastly, they tasted horrible. My kids thought it was fun to make, but they agreed they tasted gross. Not like doughnuts, not like cake, but like thick, stale, dry, sweet bread. I’m not a baker though, so clearly experience would have prevented a poor outcome- but then what is the point of this product? 0/10 would recommend.
