    That looks so good! I really enjoyed watching your mixer -- wow! I love how you didn’t have to stop it and scrap the bowl! And there wasn't a cloud of flour when you sprinkled it in! The sandwich looked fabulous, too!

    Thanks so much Michele for sharing this recipe and your King of Hearts sandwich! Just got a kombucha kit with scoby as I want to learn how to make different flavors. My favorite is ginger and blood orange but your peach turmeric sounds wonderful too. I have some Einkorn flour and this looks like the perfect recipe to try it with. Have a blessed week..

    Hi Michele, I hope you've been having a good summer. Thanks for the video about this very interesting polka dot bread. What an unusual name! It looks delicious, with so many healthy ingredients. I don't bake during the warm months, but I will definitely make this when the weather turns colder. Thanks again, and have a good weekend.

    So….do I use millet that I have to grind/make in to a hot cereal…w/o grinding it at all?

    • @ChocolateBoxCottage
      @ChocolateBoxCottage  Год назад +2

      Right. Millet that is sold in stores (for people food, not as bird seed) is hulled. It can be cooked into breakfast porridge or made into pilaf instead of rice. You can grind it into flour, but it can be added whole to bread dough and imparts a delicate crunch and nutty flavor. It's quite delicious. ~Michele
