I’m about to start my first job as a software developer on an all-male team…I’ve been trying to understand how I can dress to “blend in”, but I look so awful in the typical polo shirt. Im a theatrical romantic, so masculine clothing over powers me and it ends up reading as “incompetent and powerless”.
