Because I don't like fried egg (spiegelei) I make this recipe with a soft boiled egg. Sometimes I cut the soft-boiled egg into pieces and mix it with the avocado, sometimes I put egg slices on top of the avocado.

Coisa boaaaa! No Brasil gostamos muito de abacate (avocado). Eu, particularmente, adoro bater no liquidificador o abacate com leite e açúcar, pode ser adoçante também. A nossa vitamina de abacate 🇧🇷
Man kann noch eine kleine Zwiebel an die Avocado dranmachen das schmeckt dann noch herzhafter ansonsten Klasse Idee...werde ich mir die Tage Mal machen freue mich schon drauf...

That's great, I make mine almost identical, I add a little onion, cayenne pepper and garlic to the avocado. Very good.
