I bake my avocadoes with just the garlic/oil mixture and shred parmasean cheese on top...sometimes cook eggs inside or to save on total cooking time, I poach in my poaching steamer while the avocadoe/garlic/cheese mixture bakes for 15 min. Either way...the avocado is so delicious I eat this now about 4 days per week!!

Just ate this, and have to say it was good!! What I personally would do is add more garlic, I thought it would be too much if I add more but the cheese and garlic combination is superb Also I did add some spicy sauces (sriracha/piri piri), chilli flakes would also do it; you can add this strongly if you like it spicy aswell because you dont really notice the spice a lot in between all the other things going on Good recipy, thanks for sharing!!!

Looks fantastic. I'm going to make this but sprinkle bacon bits on them before adding the cheese.
I would eat the bacon on the side. I think it overpowers the flavor of the avocado.
