Ya...not glamorizing the exam is the most important advice! I too think sometimes like this but it's about getting more responsibilities, new ways of dealing with day to day problems at a level where a certain mindset is required which we have to build during preparation! There will be ups and downs even after achieving upsc...what is required is an intact mindset,even in preparation not everyday is same, management is required everyday! Manage ourselves, our time our reactions,our thinking, behaviour, study schedule, other works etc. Thankyou sir for the advice!

Also, one SUGGESTION sir about MSRDC Ngp-Mum expressway please have a look at the recent rise in the number of accidents on this highway. There are around more than 60-70 accidents here and there is a high need to put at least some speed breakers here . Hope you will consider this!!!

Argument: UPSC Prelims from 2023 has become a mix of factual knowledge plus analytical abilities .The examiner perhaps wishes to eliminate candidates who are rote learning things and manage to clear prelims. Please look at this question(ATTACHED AT END) from upsc prelims 2023 . Reasons: Statement-1 : checks our factual knowledge and clarity of memory. Statement-2:Checks formula knowledge but also analytical abilities to understand the relations of direct and inverse proportionals. So far so good My problem starts in statement 3 and 4. Comparison of vote value of MLA of MP and of kerala. Do we need to remember it for all state. ye kuch jada nahi ho gaya? Or do you think there is a logic behind asking questions like this. Similarly in Statement 4 ,is it a random comparison. Also not to forget with the introdction HOW MANY method introduced by upsc this time we have to check every statement. MY points. Correct me if i am wrong Conclusion Questions in prelims are now testing both factual knowledge blended with our abilities to analyse and deduce qualitative and quantitative aspects whenever we are reading something. When i analysed the table of vote values of MLAs i found that there are CONTRASTS AND WEIRDNESSES that upsc is focusing on. For example :MP IS A LARGE STATE still the vote value is less than kerala which is a small state. While studying we can search on google as you earlier advised and keep an eye on such contrasts and comparisons.Similarly puducherry is UT and arunachal IS STATE STILL in the table vote value of puducherry is more. ALSO VERY few people discover that puducherry is spread over three different states. Again a CONTRAST OR WEIRDNESS. PS:July 2022 presidential election happened and was in news Question came in 2023 prelims but with mix of facts and analysis. Point : newspapers can hint you what to expect but command over static ,ample revision ,diverse research and analytical abilities will ensure that we do not miss the bus. Do you agree with my point? If yes what suggestions you want to give to the aspirants? THANKYOU. ALWAYS GRATEFUL. Consider the following statements in respect of election to the President of India: 1. The members nominated to either the House of Parliament or the Legislative Assemblies of States are also eligible to be included in the Electoral College. 2.
