    Something I find annoying about these paddle shifters is they are attached to the steering wheel rather than the steering column. I find myself reaching awkwardly when taking 90 degree turns at lights and stop signs. I drive my friend's Lancer ralliart and find it much easier to find the paddle when it's on the column and stationary! Thanks for the vid!

    I love my 200, but one problem I have is in sport mode, and only sport mode, sometimes when I hit the shift up paddle, it instead shifts down. It never does this in drive, only when I flip to sport. I've read about challengers and chargers having the same problem. Haven't seen a solution anywhere so far. Regardless, I love my 200.

    • @moderatemods98
      @moderatemods98  3 года назад +1

      Just look at the shift times in the auto mode and go off that with it being 9 speed it makes it a little more challenging but no fear the car won’t let you down shift to cause damage just takes a little practice and you will get used to it ! When you have an exhaust and you paddle down shift it will sound sweet pulling up !

    • @moderatemods98
      @moderatemods98  Год назад +1

      Hey so I hope I can help a little been a while since I had my 200 😖 but I can still remember some things, pretty much when you engage the paddles, that number that shows is the gear your in, the car has a smart sensor to shift if you take to long so you won’t have to worry about blowing it up or anything lol! Just takes practice! It’s really not as sensitive as other paddle shift cars (by that I mean there is a 1-2 second delay In the shift which you will feel! But if by boost you mean having the gear lower which will cause Rpm’s to be high like for a roll race or something the car will only allow what is safe for the tranny to handle! Which is good if your learning! You will feel car slow up and RPMs rise if you down shift early, but when I’m a lower gear and you push pedal down your response will feel a lot a faster due to the power band, granted in the 200 there isn’t a while much but you will feel a difference! I hope this helps answer your questions!!!

      I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 C AWD and it is the moat amazing car I have ever owned 295 Hp This thing goes!! its a real sleeper turned a few heads and gotten a few " thumbs up"lol after taking off on a green ib second gear of course on dry road conditions but for winter Mine handles great in the snow if you know how to drive ! When that light turns green at an intersection I take off like a breeze effortless plow right thru deep snow ice covered intersections meanwhile everyone else including the guys with a truck loaded with sand bags and tires chained up lol!! is still back at the lights spinnning out lol I giggle every time because The looks on peoples faces is like confusion what the effff look how she just mowed thru the snow packed sheer ice road lol!! I love it you really feel it "stick and pull" even in 4 inch deep semi packed snow on roads that the city has NOT gotten out and sanded, salted or plowed yet!! This car is impressive in all areas mine has every option possible and the V6 Panastar engine 6 years later the dealership is still trying to buy mine back!,Im pretty sure mines the nicest one in all of Alberta :) I just did the payout after making monthly payments for 6 years at $610 a month kind of expensive but so WORTH EVERY PENNY!! and now Im celebrating because the damn thing cost me $46,000 Canadian dollars and what a relief to get rid of that big car payment. Also to mention Iv never lost control of the steering or slid out and I DONT even have winter tires! just the 19 inch all seasons and I live in very cold snowy Edmonton, Alberta ( Western Canada) and in the 5 winters Iv driven it I have NOT had any accidents or close calls any sliding or have I ever had any trouble slowing down or stopping, This is all dependent on HOW you drive the car, no heavy breaking or or too harsh of turns with the wheel and reasonable applying the gas when needed Im a women lol but I like to have fun driving it too
