Would really like to visit Vietnam. This video definitely makes me want to do it more. Loved the video and the humour 😃
hey Suitcase Money. I suggest another awesome place to visit: Ocean Flower Island in Hainan, China! It is now the biggest man-made island in the world, replacing Palms Island in Dubai, just opened up and is absolutely stunning and luxurious. Definitely worth a visit and a great place to vlog.
Thank you, noted!
WHO VEITNAM?
Thank you so beautiful video. 👍👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹🌹
I was with the US Army in Vietnam in 1968-1969. Didn't see much of any cities since our time was spent in the boonies. But we used to say that this place would be beautiful if we didn't have a war going on. After seeing this video, I realize how true that was!! Amazingly gorgeous!! Vietnam, you've done well!!
Thanks for serving Mike :)
Thanks Geoff
Tks you ☀️☀️☀️
Thanks
Welcome to Vietnam !!!!
After visiting Vietnam many times and after spending a year and a half during the covid19 travel restrictions and seeing how the United states of America has turned a shitshow. My wife and I sold our house, carsand just about anything we owned and moved Vietnam. We have no regrets!
Vietnam is a beautiful country with the most warm a friendly and amazing people in the world! I don't ever want to live anywhere else in the world! And certainly will not be returning to the United states! To say we love Vietnam would be understatement! It's heaven on earth! Or as close to it as possible!
Thật tự hào là người Việt Nam , khi bạn là người nước ngoài mà yêu Việt Nam đến vậy .
Love you from Vietnam 🥰
Can you give any kind of insight into what the job market looks like?
Cảm ơn bạn đã dành những tình cảm tốt đẹp nhất cho đất nước tôi
I am very proud of reading your kind words about my country, I love Vietnam as well where I was born and grew up even though I am a Chinese Vietnamese. the cuisine in Vietnam is one of the best in the world at least to me, the only disadvantaged thing in Vietnam is the climate, especially in the Southern cities like Ho Chi Minh, it is hot nearly whole year. Anyway, I also love my country so much and do not intend to move to somewhere else
My son lived in Vietnam for 8 years and I visited him twice. We mainly stayed in the north as he was teaching marketing at University of Hanoi. I am excited to return so I can visit the cities you reported on in your video. My son's Vietnamese fiancé's family held an elaborate engagement party in Hanoi last year. It was fascinating to learn about some of their customs. Last month his fiancé finally got her fiancé visa and they were married in Hawaii. Now I have a beautiful Vietnamese daughter-in-law. I am tutoring her in English. She already has a good grasp of English,. it's so wonderful!
We spent 20 day vacation in VN. Best vacation ever, because of the people. Beautiful country, nice healthy food, and the nicest people. I would go back in a second.
Ten days isn't enough. I spent a month there and couldn't get enough of it. Had I not moved to the EU, Vietnam was my second choice. The country is stunning but the best of all are the people who were so gracious.
Hấp dẫn! 💪📢
I cant understand why youtube only allows one thumb up I'm prepared to give you 11/10 for this Vlog. Well narrated, and video is done in such a way that you almost believe you are there. Vietnam had won my heart.
True! I will go to Vietnam to do this same itinerary and I was watching this and feelings I was already there. ❤❤
I couldn't agree more with you. So well narrated and shoot. Very impressed.
Congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻.
I lived and worked in VN for 20 yrs but had since moved back to the States. I miss it a great deal. Too much to explain here but the people, the food, the scenery, the history, and that special feeling of freedom as I rode scooters all over the country are so special.
since im married Here i dont need to travel around the world anymore. never missed europe 🙋
Việt Nam luôn chào đón bạn quay trở lại
Come back VN soon bro! Always welcome!
I think your point was further made by these kind comments:)
wow...Beautiful country! ❤❤❤❤❤
I’ve been to Vietnam and loved it. Food is really great ,people were wonderful , it really made me think that the USA had no business being there. They really did a lot of damage, but the Vietnamese were so resilient big cheers to them.
Just home from 20 days in Vietnam and Cambodia. Was an absolutely incredible experience. The food, people, city's and villages we visited were incredible. Such resilient people in both countries; who have endured so much. We were welcomed into people's homes, met survivors of S-21 and an 82-year-old Vietnamese soldier who hugged us all, and took great joy in sharing his story. Highly recommend visiting these two incredible countries.
How was cambodia?
Vietnam is incredible. I left my heart there. I was in many countries but Vietnam is absolutely amazing and my favourite one.
People talk so much about Korea, bless it, the time of Vietnam will come soon. Vietnam is a bit underrated.
I spent 7 years in Vietnam and always watch videos with tears in my eyes. Can't wait to get back there.
welcome back to vietnam🥰
Come back soon! VN always welcome!
Thanks for your sweet words to my country 😍😍😍😍😍🙏🙏🙏
You're always welcome to Viet Nam
💚
Rain of kisses to Vietnam and the heart of this beautiful country belongs to BRAZIL. I love Hanói.
I love VN. My wife is from Ben Tre so I've been there and to Saigon, Dalat, Phan Thiet... but never the north. Your video makes me want to return and visit the north.
Các cung đường đèo tại hà giang và tây bắc đang chờ đợi bạn khám phá đó
Vietnam is a very wonderful country. friendly person
Wow... Vietnam is very gorgeous country and friendly people. Highly recomended to visit. Thanks for sharing. Huge love from Indonesia.
Yes, we are ASEAN😊
Việt Nam 🇻🇳🤝 🇮🇩 Indonesia
Cannot recommend Vietnam enough. Lovely, kind people, fantastic food, and such vibrant and varied scenery. You cannot go wrong!
There is a place in Vietnam that 10 years ago it was hardly mentioned in popular travel magazines because "that place is only for the world's billionaires". But now it is allowed to welcome everyone (although the service fee will be about 15% higher than other places in Vietnam, but it is really worth it). That place converges all the quintessence of Vietnam's nature: There are forests, mountains, sea... Fruits and food are excellent. That is PHU QUOC ISLAND. It is a place you must visit at least once in your life.
Our honeymoon was actually in Phu Quoc ❤
My wife & myself did this very same holiday back in 2015, this is a stunning replay of a trip we hold very close to our hearts,
so much so that we intend to repeat it when borders between Australia & Vietnam are reopened, Hoi An is just a most beautiful part
of this amazing country. Thankyou for this video such happy memories for us yet with a tinge of sadness wondering when we can return.
Me too, i cant wait for the world to open again .... who knows we may be on the same tour to Vietnam...
Vietnam is now open, you can come here anytime 🤗
Vietnam is one must visit country. So unique with many interesting exotic sights and sounds. And beautiful locations like Halong Bay, Sapa highlands etc.................
💚
Great video! :) I just returned from a vacation in Vietnam and wow it's such a stunningly beautiful country. The scenery is out of this world. Great people, great food, great culture. I'll never forget this incredible country. I hope to visit again one day ❤
As a Vietnamese, I felt so proud and nostalgic at the same time. I love how you described and gave your thought about my country. Really appreciate your video

Hello dear
@@maianh3308 How are you doing?
Fabulous video, Vietnam is a fantastic place to visit. The t-shirt you showed reminded me of a comment an older acquaintance said to me when I mentioned I was going to Vietnam on holiday. Their first reaction was to be taken aback and then the comment explaining why, "I'm from the generation where Vietnam was a war zone not a tourist destination" Perhaps there's hope that other war zones can also become peaceful tourist destinations.
I missed the lantern festival in HoiAn, the thrill of walking on the Golden Bridge in BaNa Hills ... the beautiful chaos of Ho Chi Minh City, the amazing authentic Vietnamese food and the magnificent scenery of Ha Long Bay! It is so green over there. I missed ... almost everything. Indeed.
We visited in 2017 and what a lasting memory it has on me and my family. Such a beautiful country and such warm people. If i get a chance, will go again to this wonderful country.
Been to Vietnam 8 times since 2002 and we were planning a 2020 trip but you know what happened. Absolutely loved the quality of your vid and especially your pronunciation of Vietnam and place names.
You tour was virtually the same as our first except we also did Dalat and Nha Trang.
A travel tip is to look at look at where Vietnam Airlines flies or where the trains go. Find a resort or do the cultural things for not much money. Business class costs bugger all domestically and you get the lounges and no queues.
Anyway thanks for your efforts and we'll travel again after Omicron.

the next 10 years will be Vietnam's golden period for strong economic growth, because children born without disabilities and educated will really grow up and will work hard to continue their lives. continued strong construction for Vietnam. Hopefully the government will become more and more efficient and our citizens will continue to work even harder.
I think I like the tour radar 14day tour it is more extensive
It was worth the 7 year wait!!! So good!! As a child of a Vietnam Veteran I feel like I need to go here to complete the circle. I want to see the beauty my father told me about. Thank you for showing all the beauty and the difficult 😣 parts. I really want to go now!!
Haha. Thank you so much for saying that. That’s lovely to hear.
Mở cửa bạn chuẩn bị và bay nhé. Việt Nam đáng để đến theo tôi là vậy.
I love Vietnam. Such amazing country.
Cold winter in December onwards in northern Vietnam and hot season in southern Vietnam despite being in the same country, at the same time. What a surprise 😃👍
The ladies on the boats work so hard. I can remember being exhausted just from the heat alone. Amazing scenery want to go back as soon as I can. Hanoi and Halong bay are amazing also.
Watching this video is so full of nostalgia. Vietnam was the first country I went to when I took 2 years off and quit my job to travel to travel around the world. Started off Hanoi and went south to the Mekong. Thanks for sharing, awesome video
💚
As a Vietnamese, I feel a proud sensation and love my country more while watching your video. I would say that it's such an amazing video with high picture quality, clear voice, useful information... Keeping up the good work!
Watching from Bangladesh 🇧🇩..i want to visit this beautiful country Vietnam
Thank you for making this video. I’ll watch more of your content. My wife is Vietnamese and from Ho Chi Minh City. Her family is still there. I’ve been there twice 2012 and 2020 right before pandemic. It changed a lot in 8 years. My second home from USA.
Your image quality, camera gear, and equipment and your shooting and editing style are amazing and refreshing, and your sense of humor is fun. As others said it feels like we are right there with you! Keep it up!
💚
Having been to Vietnam twice in the last few years i can say it is my favorite place in the world. Visited all the places in your vlog.
Cant wait to get back there again.Wonderful videos.
Tôi như bạn. Thích nhất thế giới. Dù tôi đã sống ở Âu châu nhiều năm lạnh lắm tôi sợ.
I'M SOLO TRAVELING VIETNAM AND THIS WAS SO FREAKIN HELPFUL THANK YOU.
Seems a brilliant and beautiful place. I have got a few friends from Vietnam and they are friendly. Was planning to go there in 2020 and but we all know what happened. Hope to visit Vietnam soon
💚
My family have been to Vietnam.
For sure, we will visit Vietnam again. There are so much place, we have to visit.
Amazing 👍🏻👍🏻
Vietnam is a country where you can be very satisfied with sightseeing and dining🤤
It's one of my favorite countries! thanks for sharing!
Just home from 10 days in Vietnam. It was an amazing holiday. Thanks for the refresh down memory lane. Loved your content 🎉

I love Cuba so much🥰🥰🥰
Vietnam love Cuba
Vietnam isn't high on my travel list. but after this video i am excited to go. Great Job.
Thank you for making this video of Vietnam for our friends around the world. The video is beautifully made and yes Vietnam is one of the most beautiful countries on earth and the Vietnamese people are friendly and welcoming.
I am Viet and I really appreciate videos done so well about my homeland. I used to return to S VN for work 3 X a year pre covid but not since and I miss everything that makes VN unique. It’s energy, people, fruits, foods, craftsmanship, hustle bustle, colors and natural beauty must be experienced for yourself.
Vietnam I must say had a settlement of relaxation. Good food I must say . Art is just too amazing I love Vietnam and wish to know more about it as my nationality . Lol
Lovely video.
I am Japanese, but it made me feel like I was traveling to Vietnam. Thanks for the great video!
I am Vietnamese. Love to visit Japan one day.
@@thienlehoang9381 Thank you. I'm glad to hear that. I used to travel to Vietnam a lot, and I hope to go back someday.✨😍
日本で留学してたベトナム人です。こっちに来てくださいね、あっちこっち連れていきますよ 😄
What a beautiful explanation of every city you have visited. Last yr I went to Vietnam and left my heart there ..it’s a beauty place and peace is everywhere.Thank you for sharing it beautifully.
Một ngày gần nhất bạn lại quay lại đem trái tim mình về chứ hiihi. Cảm ơn bạn đã yêu thích những gì từ Việt Nam.
This video was incredibly useful for when I was planning a trip to Vietnam in late August/Early September! We also went for 10 days. Me and two of my friends went to many of the places you listed in the video. We had originally planned to go to Sapa but I decided that Hoi An was the better option for the two days instead... and it was our favourite part of the trip too! We were there on National day, so it was very busy and there were lots of festivities in Hoi An!
We went to Ha Long for two nights instead of one, which I think was a good option as we got a whole day cruise and experience on Cat Ba Island. We also got to kayak in some very quiet and intimate areas of the bay, where nobody but the three of us could be seen or heard and discovered the most beautiful hidden gem I have ever seen. I don't usually cry but... that little part of Ha Long we kayaked into was the most beautiful place I have ever seen. We also went to Ninh Binh and spent a bit longer in Hanoi than you did - went on a couple of motorbike tours around the city and nearby countryside. It was definitely a fun experience and this video helped me decide what we would do in the short time we spent in the country!
Wow thanks Gemma, sounds like an amazing trip! Glad this video could help a little, thanks for the update. 😀
💚
Hoi An is my favorite place as well. The first time I was there for 10 days and stayed in a hotel by the river, which is no longer operational. The second time I visited I stayed at a hotel in Garden Village, a short bike ride away. I loved it there.
3:18 just gives me goosebumps
Great video guys! We visit Thailand almost every year and have decided to make a stop in Vietnam on our next trip. This gives a fun introduction to the country :)
This was my trip. Hoi An is by far the coolest place, and I loved every part of Vietnam. Hoi An was that cool. Crossing the street in Vietnam is a unique experience. Crossing a street in HMC is quite something.
💚
As always the editing and humor are incredible, this channel is highly underrated. Keep up the amazing work🙌🏻🙌🏻
I agree. He’s gold standard. 🏆
I second that
🏖
Thực tế đấy bạn phải tham quan cả ngày lãn đêm mới đẹp.
Amazingly beautiful and friendly country.
Just booked for April of 2022 and this video makes me appreciate what I'm about to experience even more
wow, Vietnam is a masterpiece country 😭
💚
Wow! Great video!! Vietnam is now definitely on the top of my list of places to visit soon.
This video is so far my favorite video about Vietnam. So colorful, vibrant, peaceful, picturesque, with some history too. Absolutely well done. Hope I can go visit one day.
Check out Sammy and Tommy's videos that they are currently uploading from their trip to Vietnam a couple of years ago. Sonny from The Best Ever Food Review Show commented on their video, which is quite a compliment. Also check out Karl Watson's videos. If you're interested in the food, Max McFarlin does food vlogs from there.
Next time you come back, do the Ha Giang Loop (if you don't ride a motorbike, there's always the easy rider option). Visit Sa Pa (Fansipan, glass bridge, Cat Cat Village, waterfalls, parks), Da Lat (canyoning, Elephant Falls, Alpine rollercoaster, the Maze Bar, Crazy House, clay village and I think there's even a Hobbit-like village, coffee farms, etc.), Phu Quoc (water park, safari, prison, etc.), Phong Nha (day cave visits include Paradise Cave and Dark Cave where you can go ziplining and mud bathing inside, and 1 day or multi-day caving adventures), etc.
I was in Vietnam and Cambodia this past November. I’m old enough to remember the war on TV. The people welcome you with open arms. How they treat us is unbelievable.
I’m so sorry. Beautiful place. Try to go. A trip of a lifetime🌟🙏🏽
Bought back so many memories, never visited the centre of Vietnam but did go to Dalat and Nha trang. You caught the vibrancy and the colours of this country, just a shame we didn't have the smell. Excellent and thank you, enjoy your trips..
Hey Monkeys, I found your video randomly while looking for chill travel videos about Vietnam, and am so happy to have come across your channel! Vietnam has been on my travel list for a long time and this guide has given me some great ideas. I also really appreciate the philosophy of your channel and keeping the focus on the location rather than the vloggers. Looking forward to more content!
Thank you! Not sure if you’ve seen anything else on the channel but my uploads are every month or so, so please enjoy our other vids until the next one. Thanks again!
I've never been to this channel but the video was fantastic. Thank you for taking the time to put it together! Super excited to travel VN when the country re-opens.
Your sense of humour is what always brings me back. Keep up the great work.
Halong is my home town...!!!!! You can see the image of the rock “Fighting Cocks” on the 100.000 VND note as well. I studied university in Hanoi, visited Hoi An and Hue several times, and now am living in Saigon. All shots are real and beautiful. Thanks for your kind perspective of view at the end of the video, yes, the country is safe to everyone and getting big development over years
Thank you for comment. That means a lot to hear from a local. 😍😍😍
Hi Serena I'm Surina!!! I love that we have the same name and live in complete opposite sides of the world!!
I always want to go there , will you be my host ?
Been to Hoi An, Da Nang and Hue on my last trip to Vietnam. I actually were there to play golf every day for 20 out of 28 days during the visit. Golf courses were nice. Golf here is similar to China as you always take a cart with a caddie. Stayed in Da Nang and traveled to the other areas from there. Enjoyed the trip very much. Flew into and out thru Da Nang Airport. Going back later this year and do a similar trip playing golf less. Come visit if you like.
I really would love to visit Vietnam, I'm fascinated by their culture and lives. Sadly My Mom dosent wanna go :( Thank you though for explaining everything so well!
💚
I love yours videos! Netflix should buy them from youu
This is true
I agree, your channel is one of the best on RUclips. This one really made me miss Vietnam 🇻🇳❤ such a beautiful country with beautiful people
Netflix would try and put a spin on it and likely ruin it
@@JustBaileey so true, can’t even be creative, they would be on a contract and have to do as Netflix tell them to do, would rather have my freedom than to sell my soul to the devil. I rather be my own boss than be on a network and work for them and be their little bitch and do as they said.
We've missed you guys! It looks as though you made it right on time before the pandemic really took over!! Another piece of art!! I'd never really thought about visiting Vietnam before this! Thank you 😊
You mean Planneddemic)))
💚
Amazing. Everywhere is just beautiful, Hoi An looks like a dream with all the lanterns. Her dress was beautiful as well. I’ve never thought about visiting Vietnam but that’s being reconsidered. Crossing the street in HCM looked absolutely terrifying, I would probably pass out half way across from anxiety.
Finally! Zero bullshit: 90% information, 10% humor 🙌
Haha. That’s what we do on this channel! Welcome!
Watched this last night absolutely brilliant country so unlike what I expected. As usual your humour came through. As we can’t travel anywhere at the moment it’s nice to see somewhere different and feel as if we’ve been. Keep it up we look forward to all your vlogs
Amazing!!! Wonderful nature and culture! We love Vietnam♥️thanks for video
This video is the best video made if you are planning to visit Vietnam. I really like the sense of humour this guy has. It's fun and info both in one video..
Thank you so much for this video. I am a Londoner, who is homesick even though I come back to Saigon once a year. ❤️❤️
Lovely video Paul. Very insightful and entertaining. I must say there is something about the way you narrate your story around every video. Much love 🧡
This was wonderful. You did a great job. The scenery was stunning and I love your touch of humour throughout.
I went to Vietnam in February of 1990. I would not recognize it now. Back then, you had to go to the local police station in every place you spent the night to show your passport and pay a very small "fee." The people were way cool to me. I believe it was about 10,000 Dong for $1 U.S. dollar. I remember all 4 of my pockets bulging out when I exchanged a $50 bill. Everything was dirt cheap. The experiences were unreal. I spent 28 interesting days going from the south to the north. Flew into Saigon and out of Hanoi to Laos. Good times
I loved visiting Vietnam. I had been there two different times. The first in 2018 and the second time in 2020. I intend to visit there again because it’s such an amazing place.
💚
Amazing foorage! Amazing quality! Amazing voice and editing! I still can't believe it's done with just an iPhone! You belong on the travel channel!
Can you please tell them that?!
Thank you so much for sharing this amazing video! Great footage of Vietnam. You make everybody wish to travel right now and enjoy the streets, the food and people of this fantastic country. Carry on with your channel.
💚
This video is so well made!! Im a vietnamese and I absolutely love this video. My and my Canadian boyfriend watch this 2 weeks prior to our trip to my country and it has my boyfriend giggling and super excited for this ❤️ thank you 🌸😊👏🏻
I also was pleasantly surprised by beautiful Vietnam, especially Hoi An and Catba island. What a great country. We also did a cheap Mekong boat trip for 2 days while in Asia, well worth it
Vietnam!!! Beautiful shots! This is a good introduction to the country!
This is absolutely the best video I’ve seen on Vietnam. Very well done.
I visited Hoi An and Hue before the pandemic. It was really lovely! Thank you for reminding me of that wonderful trip, and for taking us even farther. Fun!
What a beautiful video. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Just wow! Vietnam is a must-explore country. Love the editing btw 🙂
This video was so well filmed I thought.
Informative and such captivating scenery. I certainly will be taking a trip there. Thanks for the inspiration.
Keep up the videos, they are all very good.
Found your channel while looking for tips in Greece. In 2025 we are selling everything and intent to go sailing aorund the world. So, all of this is a HUGE help in passageplanning! (Got to stay on top, I cant handle the no-plan-backpacking...) Like now, Vietnam is on my bucketlist!
I am a Chinese grew up in South Vietnam living in Hawaii for 46 years, love your video, is great !!!
Really enjoyed the vlog of your trip to Vietnam.
Exact same itinerary I did a couple of years ago. Great job capturing it.
