- For several years now, we’ve been using our “10 Questions” segment - a mix of serious questions and NOT serious questions - to better understand prominent Minnesotans from all different backgrounds. This time - and for the first time ever - a sitting governor agreed to play along, and you are in for some surprises.
No doubt, Gov. Tim Walz will appear on Almanac again in the future - so stay tuned for continuing coverage (and to see if the Governor changes his controversial stance on muffins).

Dear Minnesota - thank you for bringing us this utterly delightful man. I’m a 52 year old woman with a job and a life and I’ve literally been on Walz watch for over a week now. Love everything about Coach Walz. Smart, great record, strong values and represents the generosity of America. A true public servant. He is, in my opinion, the best of us. He also ends his sentences with “so,” which is the most Minnesota thing ever. Occasionally he throws in a “yeah,” which as a Californian, is how many of us end a sentence, “so”… take that for what it is.
Kamala's entire campaign so far:
"I'm Black. I'm a Woman. I'm not Donald Trump. Send me $5."
NO POLICIES. Only FLIPS FLOPS!

Heard a Democrat candidate on radio this morning still pimping all the usual lies from Tampon Timmie Walz that have all now been proven to be lies!
1. Keep Govt out of people's lives, "mind their own business"? Nope, Tampon created a Govt Snitch Line!
2. Coach Tampon? Nope, he was the Coach's assistant, carried the water bottles
3. Protect children? Nope, Tampon takes kids away from parents who try to prevent secret surgical mutilation of them!
4. Tampon was "in war"? Nope, he went AWOL!
5. Tampon retired a Command Sergeant Major? Nope, "Command" stripped from him for cowardice!
6. Tampon's common sense? Nope, ordered tampons into 4th grade boys' restrooms!
7. Tampon's Kids Lunch Program? Turned into a GIANT EMBEZZLEMENT SCANDAL with 70 people indicted!
8. Tampon for Law and Order? Nope, allowed BLM to burn Minnesota's cities down! Refused help from Pres. Trump...
9. Tampon only loves and is loyal to USA? Nope, Communist Tampon made 30+ trips to Communist China paid for by China!
10. Tampon/wife had kids by IVF? Nope, used a different procedure!

Nancy Pelosi knew him and asked Harris to meet him. She thought Harris they would mesh really well together and she was right. Basically a political blind date, lol.
I read that she met him at a Minnesota Planned Parenthood event after the Dobbs decision, and was really impressed.
And I have a guy here in FL who can't smile, wears weird boots, banning books, pick a fight with the biggest employer in the state.....and the list goes onnnnnnn. MN is lucky to have Gov. Tim Walz.

Good day, let's address these issue one by one shall we?
1. I will have to agree on this point. The slow response to the riots in Minneapolis was a mistake. It's one, albeit big, mistake. But it shouldn't shape his entire career.
2. During the various wars in the middle east, we (the US) found ourselves very quickly running out of manpower. So then president Bush signed an act in July of 2005 to send National Guard units to Iraq. Tim Walz had retired several months before this happened. He would've had no way of knowing him and his unit would be sent overseas.
3. I can't get a lot of information out of this one. You seem to dehumanize COVID patients. Were these patients in nursing homes also senior citizens, were these working age people? Regardless, containing COVID was the main goal, and it was an important one.

Never knew much about him, so doing research, and I have a question? Where have you been hiding this guy? It’s like a breath of fresh air, an honest man that understands how to lead.
We hid Minnesota in general. Almost every statistical map has Minnesota in the top 5 in most positive categories.
I’d venture that part of understanding how to lead is not engaging in endless self-promotion like someone we could mention. From what I’ve learned about Walz since he was picked to be Harris’s running mate, he seems more like the “head down, get the work done” type. Results matter more than crowd size and ratings.

It was founded in my state of Wisconsin, and the owner is John Menard Jr (fun fact, my ex’s brother actually worked directly under Menard). John Menard Jr has donated millions of dollars to Republicans over the years and is a Trump supporter. This fact is what made Walz’s comment so funny. Menard and his ilk do hate democrats/progressives like Walz. I love that Walz made a joke about it, albeit one that probably went over a lot of people’s heads.
