The reason why Kiana kissed the robot was because mei was the one who sent it to her in attempt of bringing her back. Imo the kissing robot thing was Kiana apologizing to Mei for not coming back.

ayo and mai otome is about valkyries(meister otomes) being used as battle assets in inter country wars and this is exactly what honkai reminded me of the first time i played it!!!!!!! this and the lack of male valkyries (even in mai otome, men can't bear the energy of the nanomachines) really gave me an eerie similar feeling!
Now that I look back at this after the last lesson, this whole sequence make a LOT more sense... I've always wondered why Mei was chasing Kiana on a giant obviously ME corp mech and why Kiana would refuse Mei and look so pained at the end. After Last Lesson, everything makes sense now. If this happens after the events of Last Lesson then the reason why Mei's using a ME mech makes sense since Einstein and Tesla are allies now, Kiana refusing Mei also makes sense since she's probably both embarrassed to go back after all she's done and scared that god kiana may come back, Kiana's pained look is probably because she wants to be back with everyone but is scared of herself and the possible rejection from others for what she's done. Heck, even the golden eyes when she's in KM is explained as god kiana has already been released. If this is true, then good gosh I have to applaud MiHoYo for this because they obviously planned the whole story through over a year in advance... That still won't stop me from tossing a brick at their windows for killing Himeko though.
@Acera17 There's no way to buy exp with crystals as far as I can tell. That being said, since you're under level 50, you should still be getting those exp boost things which double the exp you get from missions which should help you get to level 50. Also, don't forget that quests give exp as well so do those if you still have any.

I started back when Honkai Impact first released in CN (like within the first week or two) and then after a short while took a year long break from it (mainly because the phone I had it on broke and replaced it with an apple phone). Turns out the iOS version and the Android version have different servers. Got back into the game after I got an android to replace the apple phone and then just slowly leveled up xD
@Acera17 np o/ Oh and if you're on the CN version, you can try the auto play feature thing in your base that runs levels for you. It'll be slower than actually just running them yourself but at least it runs the levels for you and you can do multiple at a time (assuming you have the valks to do so).
At 1:00 you see the Shicksal mark is cut. Kiana's eyes look exactly same as those of God Kiana's when she uses her ability, and the sign on her chest is also the mark of Sirin project. I suspect this PV scene took place after Himeko's sacrifice to save Kiana.
Not just that I cried after understand this that the reason why she kissed the robot is because the damage robot represents injured himeko and the word ich liebe dich is meant to say I love you to himeko and then cried follow up by the kiss...
This what what CGI anime should look like! This looks perfect. Hopefully this becomes an actual show so more CGI anime can strive to be like this and not beserk lol
or RWBY, this is great, this should be the benchmark moving forward. Especially give the technology we have now a days, graphics should be easy, animation just as easy, story might be a little difficult but hiring the right talent to work on your vision should be a priority for any passion project. Otherwise you end up with RWBY where they waste talent on cameos and only have one talented animator out of a bunch of dudes. To say RWBY was made by three guys with a small budget means nothing (this was an excuse i was given in a discussion once), Star Wars was made by just a bunch of guys and a small budget.
Cecilia had a really positive influence on Sirin. The "Ich liebe dich" (I love you) is the one of the best gifts and legacies she had left behind for the world in the form of "Kiana" - Sirin and K-423.
There seems to be quite a bit of confusion as to the story behind this, so I thought I'd explain a bit based on what I know. This occurs after the event with Himeko but before the events that caused her to become the void drifter. Kiana (the one we follow in the game who is technically a clone of the original Kiana but with the 2nd herrscher's core implanted in her) is on the run because she did go herrscher and kill a very large amount of people before Himeko was able to free her from the 2nd Herrscher's control. She gets the texts from Mei at the begining, who is now in control of her father's company of ME which has access to Arahato mech we saw in the manga. It is unclear if this is the same mech or one of the same design, but it seems very similar. Kiana runs away from the mech initially, but as the fight begins we can see Kiana allowing more honkai energy from the 2nd herrscher core to come into her. We know this because the battlesuit she is wearing, White Comet, has the ability to transform into the Knight Moonbeam god suit if exposed to enough honkai energy, as we saw in the AE Invasion manga. That is why the suit seems to just materialize, because it was being fused from the honkai energy and the White Comet battlesuit. The symbol that appears on her chest before she releases the energy in the "Lightwing unleased" strike is the symbol of the 2nd herrscher. This combined with the change in her eyes from the normal shape to the target symbol shows that the herrscher side is really close to taking over her. Due to her almost being taken over, it is likely the herrscher side influenced her attack causing it to cause unnecessary damage instead of the precise strikes we see in the manga where Kiana visits the historical archives. We can see her fighting for control at the end signified by the heavy breathing and Kiana trembling as she was about to unleash that final finishing strike as Kiana doesn't want to hurt anyone where the 2nd Herrscher wants to kill all of humanity. We can see that Kiana won this time, as instead of finishing off the mech, which was the symbol of Mei, she instead kisses it. However, the words "Ich Liebe Dich" that show up at the end are the words commonly spoken by Sirin, the 2nd Herrscher, so we still see that Kiana has only won temporarilly and their fight will continue.
actually i think this takes place after Metoric Salvation, as Kiana between VD and Last Lesson couldnt tap into her herscherr powers as well as here and she has come into contact with Mei again after the most recent chapter
Very cool explanation. I would just point out that "Ich Liebe Dich" came originally from Cecilia, Kiana's mother. And while it is true that she told that to Sirin, this was a common phrase between her and Kiana as well. So it could be interpreted as something that connected 2nd Herrscher and K423 through Cecilia. On the other hand, it could also be a message from Kiana to Mei.
Fun fact: you probably knew Kiana and Hu Tao share a VA, but so do Kiana and the vocaloid Luo Tianyi! Mihoyo tried to create a DeepVocal bank for Kiana but couldn’t use her main va because of contract issues. And Chalili, who sings reburn and moon halo, ALSO voices a vocaloid, Stardust. So, Kiana technically has three voicebanks.
I’m making a guess, but this is after God Kiana and Otto are beaten. Reason why is that Kiana has gone rogue, Mei is trying to bring her back. When Kiana used her Moonlight Knight suit, her symbol on the chest isn’t the Kaslana crest, but the Second Herrscher one and she had the eyes as well.
the leak for the new version indicates that Mei and the others are still looking for Kiana. we can safely assume that the serum Himeko used worked but Kiana feels bad for all the deaths Herrschere of the Void caused

You know what is surprising about this trailer? It is canon to the whole story. I've seen that outfit again in the Chapter 11 EX. This whole trailer is actually a foreshadowing of future events. Kuana's eyes turn gold because she has the Herscherr of Void, Sirin within her. Mei send out a mech, which it's actually from Anti-Entropy, Schicksal's rival; because Theresa's division defect from Schicksal and declare a truce to Anti-Entropy (I think?). And Kiana ran away because this takes place after Himeko's sacrifice to restore Kiana. This trailer probably took place 3 months after these events, and the Eruption.
You know what's mind boggling is that Mihoyo showed us what's the endgame is here right from the beginning. They KNEW what they were doing when they released this game! It just always blows my mind watching this.
I've seen an ads of this several times. I start to get annoyed. I tried to play it to see if it's really fun. Fuck, I got addicted to it. This might be the best mobile game i've played so far.
If you don't know what ICH LIEBE DICH means in this story, that was the words that Cecilia Schariac (Kiana's mother) said to Sirin (Herrscher of The Void) when she trapped in the Sirin's dream. What comes to my realization, is that Sirin has grow attached to Cecilia because Cecilia (whose not under dream's illusion) try to save Sirin by giving her love in that dream and act like her lost mother. The last words that Cecilia said to Sirin before she died by excessive use of 6th Divine Key, Abyss Rose (now wielded by Durandal) is Ich Liebe Dich. And that words has become a catalyst of Sirin awakening. Kiana that we play, K-423, is the clone of Real Kiana that has been embeded with Sirin's consciousness and core of Herrscher of The Void by Otto Apocalypse. That's why whenever she's under heavy stress and uncosciously felt that words, she's becoming Knight Moonbeam and waking up Sirin's consciousness that led to the event where she fight Shadow Knight Fuhua and later become God Kiana. --- So regarding to this video, yess, it looks like in this event, she wake her Sirin's persona as she become Knight Moonbeam. As Herrscher, a Honkai queen, killing her-kind hurt her deeply. That's why she kiss the dead honkai on the last scene. This Current Kiana is fully aware of what inside of her, so unless she merge with Sirin and become Void Drifter or she is in full control, there's unlikely she will let Sirin's consciousness takeover. This scene must be after Himeko's dead.
I just figured out the story behind this word. It's seen in chapter 6. She read that word in diary from an abandoned cell. The entry said something like this "if you truly wish for something say these 3 words". Kiana wanted to spend time with her mom. And that's what chapter 6 was all about
Imagine watching a clip of honkai cgi animation and suddenly realizing that the location of the fight is an anime ver of the place you grew up in.... I used to live 10 mins away from where Kiana fought the big mecha and its surreal. Even if its anime, still pretty damn accurate

Around half of the QTE beams would miss in the old version because of some stupid targeting algorithm. They fixed this bug recently so now all beams will have a target once they are shot. They will not miss if the target does not die before beams land on it. With that bug fixed, QTE Moonbeam Kiana is pretty cool and powerful to play. Try if you have one and you will be addicted, both to the animation and the damage. “光翼展開”！
02/04/2018. The day I launched this game. Over 6 years, so many changes for both me and Kiana. Before I wasn’t good at English, and was not interested in Japanese and failed in music class. Mihoyo Specifically Hi3 makes me interested in Japanese, and makes me fall in love with Hoyo music. After 6 years, I can speak English, understand Japanese and have a strong passion for piano. Even though thank you so much Mihoyo, and Kiana you are always in the bottom of my heart, you are always in my sunshine ❤❤
From this to Graduation Trip... it's been a long ride... but it's not over yet, as we have a New Tomorrow to look forward to. I hope to see all of you in Part 2 of Honkai Impact 3rd's Story~!
1:01 Technically speaking, It should be impossible for Kiana to gulp this can down like she does. The time shift effect basically canceled out the gravity around her as seen just a couple seconds prior. However, if that's the case, Kiana wouldn't be able to gulp it down while in time shift. That would require time to be going by at a normal rate for gravity to act at it's normal rate. The only explanation is that she's creating a very powerful vacuum in her mouth to force the soda to go down her throat at a very high rate. Which is why it looks like Kiana gulping it down at a normal rate in the time shift. This is especially significant considering the irregular shape of a can's mouth piece. TL:DR The only way for Kiana to gulp that can down in the time shift is if she gave the can the good SUCC. I wonder what Mei would think about this ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
And there l was thinking... l've never seen this scene before, Kiana appears to be new, maybe before she enrolled into St.Freya? *Gets attacked, dodges and triggers Time Fracture.* Oh okay, so it's White Comet, but how is she going to defeat this giant mecha? *Fight goes on, Kiana rips off her jacket and her eyes turn orange.* Oh, cool, so you're showing us your White Comet form, wait a sec, White Comet doesnt have orange pupils, is this SSS rank White Comet? *More and more parts get added to her White Comet suit via nanotech, as l gasped in awe as she leaps out of the train cabin shouting...* "光亿展开!" Fuck, that's a Knight Moonbeam, the giant mecha is fucked.
that "ich liebe dich" actually has a deeper symbol once you read sirin's story in the webtoon, it was the word that she shared with her mothers before tragedic fates happened. thus when the word flashed through my screen it left such cracks within my heart...

After seeing the chapter 9 in HI3, this movie must happen after the end of the story. Otto said that K423 can possibly take control over the second herrsher, and still use this power or maybe because now she considers the fact that kiana is like her (an experiment) and she acknoledged her for some reason. But because of that power, she must accomplish something, and that's why she don't want to involve mei or anyone in this story. There's so many possibilities, but we won't know until chapter 10 x)

Otto finally made progress in his centuries long research by figuring out time fracture devices right before the beginning of the Honkai Impact 3 story.
I just finished the last lesson a few days back and this is the first time i've seen this CGI and fuck did I got more addicted to this game than I ever had. I would love to watch an animé of this or CGI animé. The stories of each valkyries and their ships. ♥️

I’m honestly so glad I discovered Honkai Impact back in April! This is one of the most invested free games I’ve seen, and yeah, a lot of effort has been put into it than most paid games. Of course, you can buy things in game, but it’s honestly not really needed which is what I like.

The symbol that appears on her chest before she releases the energy in the "Lightwing unleased" strike is the symbol of the 2nd herrscher. This combined with the change in her eyes from the normal shape to the target symbol shows that the herrscher side is really close to taking over her. Due to her almost being taken over, it is likely the herrscher side influenced her attack causing it to cause unnecessary damage instead of the precise strikes we see in the manga where Kiana visits the historical archives. We can see her fighting for control at the end signified by the heavy breathing and Kiana trembling as she was about to unleash that final finishing strike as Kiana doesn't want to hurt anyone where the 2nd Herrscher wants to kill all of humanity. We can see that Kiana won this time, as instead of finishing off the mech, which was the symbol of Mei, she instead kisses it. However, the words "Ich Liebe Dich" that show up at the end are the words commonly spoken by Sirin, the 2nd Herrscher, so we still see that Kiana has only won temporarilly and their fight will continue.
actually i think this takes place after Metoric Salvation, as Kiana between VD and Last Lesson couldnt tap into her herscherr powers as well as here and she has come into contact with Mei again after the most recent chapter

Very cool explanation. I would just point out that "Ich Liebe Dich" came originally from Cecilia, Kiana's mother. And while it is true that she told that to Sirin, this was a common phrase between her and Kiana as well. So it could be interpreted as something that connected 2nd Herrscher and K423 through Cecilia. On the other hand, it could also be a message from Kiana to Mei.

You know what is surprising about this trailer? It is canon to the whole story.
I've seen that outfit again in the Chapter 11 EX. This whole trailer is actually a foreshadowing of future events.
Kuana's eyes turn gold because she has the Herscherr of Void, Sirin within her. Mei send out a mech, which it's actually from Anti-Entropy, Schicksal's rival; because Theresa's division defect from Schicksal and declare a truce to Anti-Entropy (I think?).
And Kiana ran away because this takes place after Himeko's sacrifice to restore Kiana. This trailer probably took place 3 months after these events, and the Eruption.
You know what's mind boggling is that Mihoyo showed us what's the endgame is here right from the beginning. They KNEW what they were doing when they released this game! It just always blows my mind watching this.

If you don't know what ICH LIEBE DICH means in this story, that was the words that Cecilia Schariac (Kiana's mother) said to Sirin (Herrscher of The Void) when she trapped in the Sirin's dream.
What comes to my realization, is that Sirin has grow attached to Cecilia because Cecilia (whose not under dream's illusion) try to save Sirin by giving her love in that dream and act like her lost mother.
The last words that Cecilia said to Sirin before she died by excessive use of 6th Divine Key, Abyss Rose (now wielded by Durandal) is Ich Liebe Dich. And that words has become a catalyst of Sirin awakening.
Kiana that we play, K-423, is the clone of Real Kiana that has been embeded with Sirin's consciousness and core of Herrscher of The Void by Otto Apocalypse.
That's why whenever she's under heavy stress and uncosciously felt that words, she's becoming Knight Moonbeam and waking up Sirin's consciousness that led to the event where she fight Shadow Knight Fuhua and later become God Kiana.

I just figured out the story behind this word. It's seen in chapter 6. She read that word in diary from an abandoned cell. The entry said something like this "if you truly wish for something say these 3 words". Kiana wanted to spend time with her mom. And that's what chapter 6 was all about

Around half of the QTE beams would miss in the old version because of some stupid targeting algorithm. They fixed this bug recently so now all beams will have a target once they are shot. They will not miss if the target does not die before beams land on it. With that bug fixed, QTE Moonbeam Kiana is pretty cool and powerful to play. Try if you have one and you will be addicted, both to the animation and the damage. “光翼展開”！

02/04/2018. The day I launched this game. Over 6 years, so many changes for both me and Kiana. Before I wasn’t good at English, and was not interested in Japanese and failed in music class. Mihoyo Specifically Hi3 makes me interested in Japanese, and makes me fall in love with Hoyo music. After 6 years, I can speak English, understand Japanese and have a strong passion for piano.

Technically speaking, It should be impossible for Kiana to gulp this can down like she does. The time shift effect basically canceled out the gravity around her as seen just a couple seconds prior. However, if that's the case, Kiana wouldn't be able to gulp it down while in time shift. That would require time to be going by at a normal rate for gravity to act at it's normal rate. The only explanation is that she's creating a very powerful vacuum in her mouth to force the soda to go down her throat at a very high rate. Which is why it looks like Kiana gulping it down at a normal rate in the time shift. This is especially significant considering the irregular shape of a can's mouth piece.
TL:DR
The only way for Kiana to gulp that can down in the time shift is if she gave the can the good SUCC.

Otto said that K423 can possibly take control over the second herrsher, and still use this power or maybe because now she considers the fact that kiana is like her (an experiment) and she acknoledged her for some reason.
But because of that power, she must accomplish something, and that's why she don't want to involve mei or anyone in this story.
There's so many possibilities, but we won't know until chapter 10 x)
