Thanks for watching Al's Homestead!
I always learn something here.
Great info.
I grew a better boy this past year. 6 feet tall, 6 feet around. Over 100 tomatoes. I put a bunch on a table out front with a free sign and they were gone in one day! (Wisconsin)😁
That is awesome to hear! Glad you were able to bless others with your harvest as well.
@@AlsHomestead I can, freeze, dehydrate and make jam and jelly and still have some to give away every year. Blessed with a green thumb. I’m obligated to share. Have you tried cold hardy figs? I’ve got Olympian and Chicago hardy. Just pulled them out of cold storage dormancy and in one week, I’ve already got figs growing. And they put out 2 crops a year.
@Dave Hendricks no I have not. Right now for fruit I've got indoor banana trees and we've got 4 apple trees outside as well as a couple of pear trees. I'll have to look into them!
@@AlsHomestead I started 2 olympians from branches I cut off. They’re growing good right now under a growlight. Should have fruit by fall. Let me know if you’re interested. You can have them. I’m near West Bend.
