It's the same concept as "you attract what you are not what you want." If you want an true genuine attraction from a beautiful girl with ethics/values you have to be a match, and do the work. You have to be the part, meaning have a good physique, look good and have your life in order. Put in the work and be what you want to attract.

As someone who’s been cold approaching solidly for several years, it has had an equal impact on my sense of self as strength training. I wouldn’t even say that I’m confident: I know I am competent. Approaching women resets me into a more present state and is fun like nothing else. It’s a mini-adventure that might yield a great adventure, with relatively no downside.
Aim to become competent, not confident. As I often say, confidence isn’t really something you gain. It’s just the resultant state of having less fear within. You dissolve fear of something by doing it repeatedly and realising it’s not as bad as you thought it was. Are you afraid of brushing your teeth? Exactly.

I highly encourage cold approaches. It allows our evolutionary biology to factor in without the screens. Be free from expectation in the outcome and derive confidence from going through with the action of the cold approach. Ladies, if a gentleman cold approaches you and you are not interested for whatever reason (taken, no attraction, etc.), be graceful w your feminine energy and respond politely. Thank you, I’m flattered, I cant. Have a nice day 🥰. The exchange of masculine and feminine energies is part of the human experience.

I’m 19, a freshman in college and I do do cold approach from time to time. The main benefit of cold approach is that if you get used to that level of risk taking, that high; it numbs you to things like dating apps which are extremely safe in comparison. I’m literally never nervous meeting a girl off of tinder or that I’ve been DMing on Instagram anymore simply because of the comparison of risk. This also applies to places where I know we’d have common interests such as a class or the gym. I think it’s worth it to go through a brief cold approach phase for this benefit alone, as you will stay cool and collected in less riskier situations. That being said I’m young and don’t know much abt the world, but this is just something I’ve personally noticed

I had the most confidence during my college years. I had this strange epitome. Confidence has to feel natural. I feel like the word Confidence is like some kind of magic emotions stat that you gain out of no where. Confidence is like creativity. I notice once you start the snow ball rolling. Everything will come in like a snowball rolling down a hill. When you talk to people consistently and create consistently it accumulates and it becomes a natural form of neurons in your brain. It becomes ingrained in your brain. Things you want, have to become a habit. It all has to become a routine in your daily life in order for it to become natural.
But if you stop. It will stop too.

When I was watching your regular videos regulary last 1-2 years I always considered You as ideal of positive change and also these motivation videos were always down to earth compared to some different coaches - wolrd known. So I imagened you must have so well orginased mental health, you must feel very good most of the time. And this podcasts however I find them very interesting and great, they made me realised how much problems you guys still have. And there I am 26, feeling very behind In live, living up to be succesfull in things I love doing like you and I don't really have most of problems you guys talk about so it was kinda sad thought that went through my mind that I will be always struggling and I will be always not contend with my life. I don't know but I made some much improvement because of you, but also I too feel that I was the most confident around 19-20 year old and six years from there I can't be on that level no matter how I try.

I started viewing cold approach on people like looking for treasure. Like yes you can waste your time finding common ground in someone, but once you dig youll be surprised on what you’ll find in people that you have in common

Lovely. We're all back up watching the new brewing podcast that hits home to everyone.
Also. Kris @1stman approves of the title.
I swear he had the exact same video title a couple months back and it hit home to a concept most don't understand I always felt like I did.
Keep up the great work boys. Damaged men united lmao.
Edit: Ah, you literally mention the concept came from Kris. Well then. All makes sense.

For the Transmuted app I would suggest putting a daily schedule creator kind of like what's in Sunsama, where you can organize, and time block our day. I know it's a tall order, but I think that would immensely help the app become greater. Also thanks for putting in the general section in the journaling portion of the app. Thank you and I can't wait to see this app become greater.

Ya'll should think about adding "Damaged Men Podcast" in the title or description.
It's in the thumbnail but not anywhere else.
I had trouble searching it and just had to go to your channel.

I do think cold approach can be a good experience if nothing else... I did it in the past and I learned a lot on how to approach and women in general. I wouldn't do cold approaching again (unless specific circumstances where the girl is clearly interested), but I'm really glad I did it in the past!

You guys should checkout Julien on the having doing being paaradigm of confidence.
What you talked about is the doing but ideally being is the stage you want to reach for perfect confidence when mastered

The reason to start with fitness is that the outcome is 100% under your control, Unlike career and relationship goals you do not depend on anyone, if you put in the effort you WILL see results and once you see them you feel so much more in control of your life and that seeps into other aspects of your life.

On the topic of videographers charging high prices, I’m a wedding photographer & filmmaker and for the longest time I only charged around $3k and was fine but I decided I wanted to try raising so I raised to $6k-$12k and I literally immediately booked a $10k package for the exact same thing I was offering before. Confidence is a cheat code.

As a nomad, Cold Approaching is the only reliable way to meet people consitently. I don't quite understand Why Thomas thinks that it will be harder to filter people in those situations. In social circles/dating apps, it is much harder to get an idea of someone. With cold approach it doesn't take very long to figure out if someone is worth continuing conversations with.
