Agree. When i was a child, my fsmily loved nature documentations and i remember, how my family always switched the chanels, when nature became bloody and undisneyish. They always said, they don't want me to see the bloody stuff. But i think it wasn't just for me, but for their own Disney illusion as well. Now that i am way older i think it was silly, to add meat to nearly all our meals, but can't handle to see a lion eat a zebra.
Chris, you and Gabby have so much to be proud of. The beautiful sanctuary you have built and maintain for the crocs, alligators, birds. Cuahwatis, pigs, foxes, emus. Chickens, ducks, skunks, prairie dogs and all the rest. People should acknowledge your success and be happy for you!!! Yes, it would be nice if Casoer could come with you. As you mentioned you have a 17 year history with him but the owners have said no and that's that. Casper has a good home. Let's focus on the alligators that dont have that and who really need your sanctuary! 🙏
This is why so many people admire you and appreciate you because you don’t encourage fairytale ideas regarding different creatures you tell them the honest, truth what taking care of different species requires and it’s a lot!! I can only imagine that those people who keep asking are “outlier fans” or otherwise nominally engaged - they’re not really following your videos very closely because you’ve mentioned this subject repeatedly. What you’ve done with your sanctuary is truly remarkable and groundbreaking. I really think Big Mac is going to be your big star at Bellowing Acres. The work you have done with him in such a short period of time is nothing less than impressive. And now his sweet little girlfriend Bella who’s finally learning to trust. Please do not be discouraged from working with your own crocodillians and your own sanctuary, many of us are invested in all of it, just like Dino (I believe it is dino) for example losing him now that we found out he has led toxicity would be a big blow. The cherry on the top for me personally at least seeing your trainnings and working on the property is serving as some sort of blueprint for me too, who hopefully one day may get to rise up my own sanctuary
Glad you keep Casper's welfare in mind letting him stay. He seems very well taken care of and I am sure you will make an amazing sanctuary of your own. Seeing you help BigMac and how he is coming along is so nice as well.
Damn… I dropped what I was doing when I saw there’s a new video with Casper, and by the end of this felt like a POS for getting so excited the video was with Casper 😢 But I will say, I know a big draw of Casper’s videos for me (besides him being a cutie) is that the videos always are framed as answering a single question that sounds interesting. And people might not react negatively as often if you do videos with the new gators answering single questions you think people might have about what goes into training them and different behavior stuff. I’m also not an expert on RUclips videos, crocodilians, or haters of all non-Casper alligators so I could be dead wrong
Same. I got used to Akila's spunk and Big Mac's lazy swings to find the food XD. Plus the slow progress they're making with Bella. I still love Casper, but the others is where the focus is.
I agree. I'm enjoying watching the sanctuary vlogs and the training with the new gators/croc. When we see Chris with Casper, we're seeing a gator that's been trained for 17 years and is super chill. Now, we get to see the actual training that made that happen, but with all new gators. I'm definitely enjoying that aspect of it.

So watching daily Sanctuary vlogs has been really exciting to me as I watch the two of you build. Don't get me wrong, Casper's training has been amazing to see. It makes me so excited for your future at the Sanctuary!!!

Oh I love following the development of the sanctuary as it feels as if we are sharing this with you and Gabby. I also like the other animals. I loved watching seven and casper but to watch wild Gators go from arrival to Trained and the stages of that is a whole other ball game. ❤❤ Amazing it is....x

Casper is who I originally stumbled on but I have absolutely loved seeing everything about the sanctuary. Watching you train Big Mac, Akila, Bella and helping Dino. You are doing an amazing job!
Awww Casper - gorgeous boy!! -and tell the folks who think it's too cold to visit Colorado Gator Farm :-) geothermal springs but they haul out on nice days in the winter and sun themselves on the snow. (FWIW I view Casper tours as your day job and Bellowing Acres is the passion project you are building :-P )
This is why I love Chris and gabby and why I watch their videos everyday. I love how honest they are. Chris it is very easy to say we’d do this or that in a situation that we’ve never been in. We don’t know what we’d do in any situation until that happens. Thank you for still showing Casper. Bc you do have that relationship with him you’re able to be closer and those videos are very educational. I’ve commented a few times about an alligator that showed up at my work pond and how I go over to see him everyday (he is the one I asked about gators sneezing or coughing bc of the strange noise he made) but it’s bc of those videos with Casper that I know more of why he is acting this way or what he is doing or how good they are at camouflage or the fact that I haven’t seen him in almost 3 weeks is most likely bc he is staying submerged most the time during the hottest parts of the day (which is also the only time I can get by is after 530 usually) and even tho he does know my voice (I think) he is not coming over bc he likes me or wants to “sit with me” he is coming over to see it if I have something to feed him (no I do not feed him, I know better than to feed wild animals esp one as dangerous as he has the potential to be and there are no signs warning about him being in the pond so not everyone that walks or fishes there knows he is in there. I wouldn’t able to live w myself if me feeding him caused him to kill someone- they can’t tell the difference btw me the human feeding him and you the human feeding him. He just knows a human is feeding him and not all humans will do that. Nor would I be able to live with myself if my doing that caused him to be killed. Bc that’s exactly what’s gonna happen) or to see if he is big enough yet to eat me (and he is almost. He is 6-7 ft I think…. So probably more like 4-6 feet we always make shit bigger than it actually is) anyways I love that you show both aspects of it. I’ve learned so so so much watching the vlogs and I look forward to them everyday. I love that you tell people what bothers you. That way if it stays that way and you do stop can’t no body say anything. You told them what you would do. Of course there will always be those few that will still talk shit….. that’s what makes me hate humans and love animals more. I hate how we are destroying everything on this planet and how we have no compassion or empathy for anyone or anything but ourselves!!! It’s sad. This world needs more people like Chris and gabby in it!!!! Thank you.

Oh, there is Casper again! At first, when you announced your move, i was sad to not see Casper anymore and i was selfishly afraid, i would get less gator content. But i really enjoy your vlogs and poor sick Dino and BigMak with his lucky unlucky day, giving him the worst headache, and his wobbly leg instantly stole my heart. As sad as i was not seeing him anymore, i'm happy, you leave Casper there. We love him, but he is well cared for and that leaves another spot for gators like Dino, who need your care. Also your last video with zhe vet visit was just amazing and so educational!

Chris, I know how frustrating it is to constantly have to read the same tiresome comments. So many people anthropomorphize wild animals. They don’t love us. I’ve had many exhausting conversations with people that try to tell me these animals are pets and tame and would never harm their caretakers. Sometimes I just stop arguing with them because I just wanna smack them. 😂 But it was great seeing Casper again. He’s still adorable as ever. You and Gabby have worked so hard to build your sanctuary, and your extended family are very grateful for everything you do to protect wildlife. I’m very excited for the future of Bellowing Acres. Greetings. I'm glad you could catch up with your previous gator friends. I'm sure some of your followers were very glad about seeing Casper together with you in the pond. Quite frankly I prefer watching the work done by you guys back at home. Thats become my daily vlog choice, (together with watching Keith Richardson, our local SA "lion whisperer" .) Just something much more satisfying in seeing the day to day functioning and interaction amongst creatures that you guys have personally adopted and are working with. In my mind Casper and Steven were a part of Gatorboys work and it was pretty easy not to confuse them with the more interesting vlogs, taken basically outside of your homestead!
It's so nice to see Casper and George again! If I've learned anything from watching you over the years is just how intelligent crocs, gators really are. People can just be such a drag. I found just a couple of weeks ago, so I am not that attached to Casper. I think you do great work and if I will visit the USA someday, I can see some alligators. I love watching your sanctuary videos and I feel blessed to have been watching them from before any Alligators or Crocs arrived.... It's amazing to see from the very start how you train them from the very beginning and how fast they learn, how you build trust with them.... The only negative you're gonna get from me is when the screen changes suddenly to you feeding the pigs/hogs..... I know they deserve a bit of love too but once you've seen them eating once.... it's really enough as they eat like .... PIGS 😂 I never really thought much into that saying before seeing them eat on your videos....

I am so happy to see Casper in this video, but I really love your new alligator content. I am totally into all the vet stuff you are doing with Dino and Big Mac, and was thrilled you guys were able to figure out what was going on with Dino. It is awesome that you can bring awareness to the lead poisoning issue with wildlife. Also, I am fascinated by how calm Aquila is as she is a Nile. I train dogs, so the training and behavior aspects are very interesting for me. I also, love that you make the pigs sit to help with their aggression, it is so cute and has positive benefits. Just keep doing what you are doing, and ignore the comments that bother you. I understand. I used to do commentary on allot of issues on my Facebook. I had to get off of it because people just didn’t understand that it was ok to have a different opinion and they would attack me with their comments. I remember when you and Gabby were talking about metabolic bone disease in crocodillions and Gabby made a reference to Casper even showing a few physical signs if you knew what to look for. After seeing ya'll working with Big Mac and Dino so much, there's def a distinct difference in their faces. His jaw looks like it's a little shorter and slightly more upturned. I mean I could be wrong and it's just that they have different appearances, I'm def not an expert; it's almost odd seeing Casper and not Big Mac or Akila, so maybe that's it XD

So watching daily Sanctuary vlogs has been really exciting to me as I watch the two of you build. Don't get me wrong, Casper's training has been amazing to see. It makes me so excited for your future at the Sanctuary!!!

I loved watching seven and casper but to watch wild Gators go from arrival to Trained and the stages of that is a whole other ball game. ❤❤ Amazing it is....x

Casper is who I originally stumbled on but I have absolutely loved seeing everything about the sanctuary. Watching you train Big Mac, Akila, Bella and helping Dino. You are doing an amazing job!
Awww Casper - gorgeous boy!! -and tell the folks who think it's too cold to visit Colorado Gator Farm :-) geothermal springs but they haul out on nice days in the winter and sun themselves on the snow. (FWIW I view Casper tours as your day job and Bellowing Acres is the passion project you are building :-P )
This is why I love Chris and gabby and why I watch their videos everyday. I love how honest they are. Chris it is very easy to say we’d do this or that in a situation that we’ve never been in. We don’t know what we’d do in any situation until that happens. Thank you for still showing Casper. Bc you do have that relationship with him you’re able to be closer and those videos are very educational. I’ve commented a few times about an alligator that showed up at my work pond and how I go over to see him everyday (he is the one I asked about gators sneezing or coughing bc of the strange noise he made) but it’s bc of those videos with Casper that I know more of why he is acting this way or what he is doing or how good they are at camouflage or the fact that I haven’t seen him in almost 3 weeks is most likely bc he is staying submerged most the time during the hottest parts of the day (which is also the only time I can get by is after 530 usually) and even tho he does know my voice (I think) he is not coming over bc he likes me or wants to “sit with me” he is coming over to see it if I have something to feed him (no I do not feed him, I know better than to feed wild animals esp one as dangerous as he has the potential to be and there are no signs warning about him being in the pond so not everyone that walks or fishes there knows he is in there. I wouldn’t able to live w myself if me feeding him caused him to kill someone- they can’t tell the difference btw me the human feeding him and you the human feeding him. He just knows a human is feeding him and not all humans will do that. Nor would I be able to live with myself if my doing that caused him to be killed. Bc that’s exactly what’s gonna happen) or to see if he is big enough yet to eat me (and he is almost. He is 6-7 ft I think…. So probably more like 4-6 feet we always make shit bigger than it actually is) anyways I love that you show both aspects of it. I’ve learned so so so much watching the vlogs and I look forward to them everyday. I love that you tell people what bothers you. That way if it stays that way and you do stop can’t no body say anything. You told them what you would do. Of course there will always be those few that will still talk shit….. that’s what makes me hate humans and love animals more. I hate how we are destroying everything on this planet and how we have no compassion or empathy for anyone or anything but ourselves!!! It’s sad.
This world needs more people like Chris and gabby in it!!!! Thank you.

I’m sure it’s not meant to be offensive; but people might have become attached to Casper videos too. There’s many of us who are positive and are very happy for you. I do get sad with the injured animals brought in; but thankfully we have people like u and Gabby.

At first, when you announced your move, i was sad to not see Casper anymore and i was selfishly afraid, i would get less gator content. But i really enjoy your vlogs and poor sick Dino and BigMak with his lucky unlucky day, giving him the worst headache, and his wobbly leg instantly stole my heart.
As sad as i was not seeing him anymore, i'm happy, you leave Casper there. We love him, but he is well cared for and that leaves another spot for gators like Dino, who need your care.

Chris, I know how frustrating it is to constantly have to read the same tiresome comments. So many people anthropomorphize wild animals. They don’t love us. I’ve had many exhausting conversations with people that try to tell me these animals are pets and tame and would never harm their caretakers. Sometimes I just stop arguing with them because I just wanna smack them. 😂
But it was great seeing Casper again. He’s still adorable as ever.
You and Gabby have worked so hard to build your sanctuary, and your extended family are very grateful for everything you do to protect wildlife. I’m very excited for the future of Bellowing Acres. You’ve accomplished so much in just a year, and I know it hasn’t been easy. But you’re fulfilling a dream and I admire you for that. Just something much more satisfying in seeing the day to day functioning and interaction amongst creatures that you guys have personally adopted and are working with.
In my mind Casper and Steven were a part of Gatorboys work and it was pretty easy not to confuse them with the more interesting vlogs, taken basically outside of your homestead!

I found just a couple of weeks ago, so I am not that attached to Casper. I think you do great work and if I will visit the USA someday, I can see some alligators. But you have to get a decent president first. Maybe someone who is actually a politician and is not older than 70. :)
I enjoy your own place and seeing the work you do with big mac and akilla and i wonder about archer and i do wonder about casper when he was my introduction to your educational videos about alligators. I am glad to see a video with him but know we appreciate all the work you do with your own rescues and seeing their recovery and how you train them and love on them!!
He seems so calm around you. It's neat to see that sort of comfort or tolerance of your presence compared to how new gators are at the sanctuary. Their situations are perhaps totally different though for the most part, as far as I know... but I haven't been watching your channel long enough to know much of Casper's history. Awesome he shows such good memory of you and the training you have done with him.

I am so happy to see Casper in this video, but I really love your new alligator content. I am totally into all the vet stuff you are doing with Dino and Big Mac, and was thrilled you guys were able to figure out what was going on with Dino. It is awesome that you can bring awareness to the lead poisoning issue with wildlife. Also, I am fascinated by how calm Aquila is as she is a Nile. I train dogs, so the training and behavior aspects are very interesting for me. I also, love that you make the pigs sit to help with their aggression, it is so cute and has positive benefits. Just keep doing what you are doing, and ignore the comments that bother you. I understand. I used to do commentary on allot of issues on my Facebook. I had to get off of it because people just didn’t understand that it was ok to have a different opinion and they would attack me with their comments. I got to where I couldn’t deal with it, so I quit FB.

I remember when you and Gabby were talking about metabolic bone disease in crocodillions and Gabby made a reference to Casper even showing a few physical signs if you knew what to look for. After seeing ya'll working with Big Mac and Dino so much, there's def a distinct difference in their faces. His jaw looks like it's a little shorter and slightly more upturned. I mean I could be wrong and it's just that they have different appearances, I'm def not an expert; it's almost odd seeing Casper and not Big Mac or Akila, so maybe that's it XD
