What a super nice guy to let you guys get ahead by donating his cherished possessions accumulated throughout the years. Being from CT, seeing such a beautiful home on Candlewood Lake on a sunny New England day is so satisfying. You can tell he has lived a fascinating life w/out bragging about himself. Very humble and hospitable to a couple who are striving to live the dream life. This is one of my favorite episodes so far!

Yes exactly. To him it was stuff, served it’s purpose but now seems like clutter. He’s getting it out of his house just happy it’s gone. Obviously he’s very well off and frankly doesn’t need money but he reached out to them and had a good feeling they could use and sell it for a well deserved big come up and all parties made great friendship..the generosity.. Ted is so darn interesting..please tell me more! He’s the kind of guy I’ve been longing for but settled for less. Maybe in future. I live in MA next to CT. Hit me up Ted if you want a friend.
