Depends what reason I'm getting a cut for, if it's for a specific event I usually get a 0 as it looks sharper. If it's just my routine haircut I get a 1 or sometimes even a 2 as it looks a bit more natural.

I used to fade 2 to a 0, but I’ve found my head is just too bulky for a fade to look good on it so I’ve started upping it to around a 4 so I keep a little length on the sides

I'd go for 0 grade cus it keeps it fresh looking a bit longer especially as the sides grow out quicker than the top plus it's more edgy 🤘🤘👍😎

I now get a 0.5 fade.......think a zero or skin fade is too 'aggresive' for me personally....but my hair grows so fast.....so its a .5 for me.... and got to have my haircut every 2 - 3 weeks otherwise i go from snappy haircut to Freddie Boswell 🤔

I like the zero fade it looks cleaner, crisper, and more intentional. For some reason the other one doesn't look as good? I could be the contrast between the color of his hair and the fade isn't seamless so there are gaps which make it looks like he has bald spots?
