I don't like AMSR, and I never have, because the "popular" sounds always have and always will grate at my nerves. I've never gotten the "tingles" from what little AMSR I've listened to. But something about these videos is just so bloody satisfying.
i'm confused....did you soak the gelatin sheet, then throw the water away and microwave the soft sheets to melt them or did you microwave the water the sheets were in? EDIT..... Ignore me....i found the subtitles.....it's clear now thank you!!
Just curious...how many times can i possibly eat cheesecake in a weeks time? I'm trying to lose weight here. But i enjoy your videos as a "making of edible art" kind of thing. I've made exactly one cheesecake from scratch in my life and it took me a week to finish eating it. It was terrific but by the end i didn't want to see or hear cheesecake for about 2 months.
i always think how he *has* to smash the whisk against the rim of the bowl a couple of times with that cream cheese, and then just edits it out. i refuse to believe it just comes out the whisk that nicely.
I think this might be nicer with a riper melon, maybe just drain the juice thoroughly, cause cantaloupe has a very fibrous texture but when it's closer to overripe it's super smooth

작년에 홋카이도 여행갔을때 유바리 멜론이라고 이런 주황색 멜론이 있어서 먹어봤는데 진짜 맛있었어요 그냥 멜론보다 더 ㅎㅎ 칸탈로프멜론도 비슷한 종류의 멜론인거 같아서 찾아보니 과육의 단단함이나 당도는 좀 차이가 있는거 같네요 ㅎㅎ 그나저나 맛있겠다 케이크 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

생크림에 색소를 넣어서 장식을 했는데 색소번짐이있는건 동물성생크림이라 어쩔수없는건가요..?
동물성 생크림은 아무래도 색소를 넣으면 살짝 분리나듯 변하더라구요ㅠㅠ
