Looks good in Grabber Blue with the black pack added. Pls make the DH or US PP rear wing available for us in black or body colour - you'll sell heaps of them.
I have the 2022 with a few factory fitted upgrades - in the spec’s ford mention it has 339KW with 556 Nm. I haven’t had it on the Dyno therefore why is it different to the 2024 model or by having it on the Dyno it spits out different specs to Ford?
Are those KWs on the dyno like WHP or BHP? Because if those 320 kws are wheel, that's 429 hp, and then, it would be the same as American market stands, which is amazing!
@@carlover9548 this is 320 Kw at the hubs. We are impressed! 2018-2023 S550 we have been seeing on average 300kw at the hubs so this is a nice bump in power 👌
This one does not have Magneride, we feel this base suspension is an improvement over previous S550 base suspension cars and is now a good choice if you want to save a little bit of money by not ticking the Magneride box when you option your New Mustang at the dealer. Also If your chasing a more track focused setup. Its easier to fit proper coilovers like our shockworks by not having Magneride on the car from the get go. We might follow up with our impressions on Magneride equipped cars in the future.
@@MustangMotorsportOfficial thank you for the quick response. I have been in two minds about Magneride hence the question. You raise some pretty good points.
That power is still climbing hard before it hits the limiter. Was it done in a speed-limited gear? Plenty to be had from a tune - when, if ever it becomes available.
Wonder what the build quality is like, hopefully better than my 2018 GT rattle trap. Wonder if that number plate DDG441 is in reference to HMAS Brisbane Guided Missile Destroyer ( DDG 41 ) Do the rear indicators flash sequentially
Another Mustang GT I see with 8,000 RPM Redline that I don't have, mine is 7500 Red Line... Australian cars have that oil cooler standard behind that front grill ? That's not standard in the United States cars, I don't have it, certainly a nice thing to have as the oil temperature is constantly at 230°
I don’t know why they switched from a left-hand drive to right hand drive for the 2025 model year. That’s a big switch. I don’t know if a lot of people are gonna be able to adapt. You would think that would be illegal. 😂
Dude what are you on about everyone in the states loves the gen3 2018 onwards … The amount of bagging of the new cars front face n rear plus its interior is well documented. Only good thing is ford is still making the Mustang and the reintroduced Grabber blue
Why are you saying that it comes out of the gate with all of this stuff? Read what it says on the back GT emblem. You have the performance package on that car. The base model does not come with the bigger brakes, the oil cooler, The strut tower brace etc. You have the performance package on that car
We are based in Australia not the USA. In Australia we only get one GT model and it comes fully loaded with alot of the parts that are "optional" in the USA.
@@MustangMotorsportOfficial really?! It says right on the back emblem, performance. So it comes with the performance pack? Very interesting. You can't get the premium package?
@@TheKingOfKings818 all of the Aussie GT's do have the "performance" badge. our Aussie export spec is a mash up of all the options avalible in the USA and not specific to the optional packs offerd in the USA. Thats why we want to point out what comes standard in Australia as its not a simple as poining out the options in the USA. eg our cars have the oil cooler, big brakes ect but only the 3.55 ratio gears and standard diff. which is differant to the US GT "performance".
@@MustangMotorsportOfficial i don't live in the US. I'm in Canada. The performance package doesn't have a set ratio you can choose it when you order. 355 is what I'm ordering! Right on thanks for letting me know. Good video. Awesome car.
Dark Horses were all snatched up by dealers themselves or those with contacts. There are so few available in Oz it’s hardly worth talking about them. Those that did order a DH, have just found out that the Oz ones are going to stuff all extra than the GT, and have cancelled their orders and ordered the GT Oz variant instead.
I know a lot of people love the new shape. I’m trying, but I just can’t come around to it. There’s so many things not quite right about it. Sorry, I don’t like it. Probably a great car to drive.
They still haven't done a mirror image of the centre console which is a big letdown for potential Australian buyers. The VF Commodore centre console is an example of how it should have been done from the factory. Also no rear spoiler on the car shown is a big disappointment. The car is a big letdown for Australian buyers with the Toyota 86, Supra 3.0 and the Corvette the pick of the sports coupes available in Australia at the moment. 😎🇦🇺👎
What a waste of $100k !! I found a Supercharge fitted 2017 GT, 502 Rwkw for $65k ! Sure this one may get more power after fitting one but at what cost ?? plus i have a tacho / speedo and NOT Ipads glued to the dash !!
Someone said the base GT had all the suspension and chassis upgrades of the S550 Shelby GT350. Is this true? That and the brakes is worth it alone if true.

Good choice!
Mmmm I think they should have moved that start button as well as the handbrake, everytime he grabs the gear shift he hits that cup holders

My guess is the 339 is not based on Dyno testing but still makes you wonder

Im keen on a S550 GT strut tower brace, they are sold out on your website. Any ideas when they will be back in stock?
Great vid BUT the music is very annoying & too loud and hard to hear voice
Is that 320 at the hub or crank?
What’s the difference in warranty between the 2 supercharger options
We will be offering both with a 3yr/60,000km driveline warranty
Will the Whipple and Roush blower tunes be the same as those in the US?
