I was an Adaptive Equipment Engineer and an Adaptive Sports Instructor for years. People like James who refuse to give up actually give so much back to us all. James you are awesome and your build is over the top.
im in a wheelchair and have a toyota built with handcontrols. www.fourwheeler.com/features/129-0708-august-2007-4x4-readers-rigs/ roy mussaTTI on facebook
You probably dont give a shit but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times you can stream pretty much all the new movies on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my girlfriend for the last few days xD
Yes he is very awesome to over come everything is his life he could have just as easily played down and collected SSI for the rest of his life, I'd do anything to help him or anybody in the same place as him. God Bless him and his family
OMG that rig is so freaking badass!!!! I'm so glad James is still enjoying the trails, Brittany thanks so much for sharing that!! Much love and respect everyone ♥️♥️💯🤙
Can confirm, we followed a XJ through a river that we weren’t supposed too, XJ on 33’s and drowning but us with 37’s in a JL, we ended up getting our sliders beat and almost high centered. We’ve now bought a XJ owned by the same guy and sold the JL.
Love too see James wheelin even with his challenges. My hs friend broke his neck at 15 was a quad from neck down. had some use of arms. He completed hs, went to college, and then lived on his own. Obviously many people helped but he did it. I don't think I could have done it. People like James are an inspiration to us all. Thanks for sharing his story.
My favorite part of this video was the walk through with the ToHonda buggy. Love the passion that this person with a disability set out a made something that worked for him. Very inspirational.
Yes sir, gotta love Jame's spirit and testimony. I almost cut my left arm off last fall. It now functions like his...Life isn't bad...just different. Instead of dirt biking, I now hit the trails in an XJ! I just shot skeet with my daughter last weekend too! Don't let life get you down...Regroup, rethink, retool, retain, and RETURN to LIVING! My hat's off to you James. Thanks, Kevin & Brittany for sharing his story.
The little husband and wife exchange after brit crawled into the buggy was priceless. Brit's obviously thinking 10 steps ahead (music, cuts, splices, edits, etc etc etc, and kevin can't even finish a thought/sentence, which is going to drive her nuts in post) . All I can say is watch out. Brit is a tremendous videographer and post production editor, she's been a spotter now for the better part of a few years so she knows what the correct lines are supposed to look like, and now she's taking to wheelin in the buggy like a duck to water. She's going to be an unstoppable force in no time! Watch out world. By the way, Kevin I really love your videography. You're super casual and on point, and you don't take yourself too terribly seriously. I love what you're doing, and don't let "that chick" (lol) tell you you're doing it wrong. The Kevin shot vid's come out every bit as good (entertainment wise) as the brit-shot vids, so keep it up. PS: Brit, we know your still the post production rock star who makes your hubby look good. Lets just say the team effort, even though it's changed a bit since THE BUGGY, still works and is every bit as good as it's always been. Keep it up you too. PPS: I dont know how to write one line, or 3 word comments. I need help. :)
I’m always learning something new in every Lite Brite video. In this one I’ve learned: Kevin apparently slips into a southern accent faster than a green grass through a goose.
What a great video! An awesome variety of buggies, Brittany's getting better and better every trail, and Kevin's hilarious commentary. One of my favorites for sure!!!
Wow those are some gnarly trails!!! Brit is killing it on the trails. Thanks for showing world James’ rig, truly inspiring!!! That’s what makes us ameriCANS, because we CAN do anything!!!
12:05,god bless ya James. I’ve been saving for a Jeep to every day drive & off road but with an artificial hip(USN Injury) I was hesitant to do off road since I didn’t want people thinking I had a Placard for parking but did a lot outdoor activities. I bow to your determination. The kitty w/JLE looks like my boy but my boy is bit bigger
That man is awesome! My uncle would have loved him as he was paralyzed in Vietnam, but he always stressed staying active and living life to the fullest. Great video!
Looks like Kevin is turning into a silver fox. Brittany's expressions when she is climbing are hilarious. Kudo's to they guy with the Toyhonda! An inspiration.!
Gotta say, James is a huge inspiration. I totally get where he's coming from with people not wanting to get out. I'm nowhere near the point he is at and its tough! Thanks for the motivation man!!!
Britt, nice driving and getting that seat time and getting better and better. Kevin getting better with the camera and narrating. It's lil diff from Britt but he has his own way and he's also working out the kinks.
Ok, I usually try not cry before I had my first cup of coffee but your man James got me. What an amazing example of courage and spirit. Thanks for much for including his story
4 years ago I had a spinal stroke and was paraplegic. I learned how to walk again at 44 years old and I'm back to wheeling again and I'm in the middle of another ZJ build! Never give up on yourself and you can achieve your goals!!!
Thank God for men like James I've had 27 back surgeries and still am a 1320 jockey in my vette you just gotta keep breathing and try to smile daily you will always be judged on how well you loved not how much you've accumulated in this world
You may have already, but if not, you should try out the Uwharrie National Forest trails down in Troy, NC. The trails aren't near as technical as the trail in this video, but they are great trails to run in your Jeep.
I've had people say we don't have mountains in the east. I tell them they may not look like mountains from afar as compared to the Rockies, but they sure damn well feel like mountains when your trying to climb one.
The guy is an inspiration and woh,d love to see more content featuring him! Dude is an American rock star bad ass! Thank you lite brite for having his guest appearance and showing his rig. Love it! Awesome video btw too!
Glad you got to come out and get a little taste of what real wheeling is like. And ya we've been to candy ass Moab 3 times to play in the rocks. It's a big boys sport when you mix in the loose rocks, trees, roots, mud, some little hills. Lol
Awesomeness...great driving Brittany.......that trail is wow....those buggies....great rigs......good people, good times....Jelly just wanted to play with her new friend 🐶🐱...egarly awaiting your next video....Safe travels
Brittney is really coming along in the driving department!!! Way to go! So much better than the first videos with your new buggy. You look super confident and composed!
OMG Brittney...That was beautiful. We have made that argument many times on Travel management comments, that not everyone can hike or bike. My best friend Jack, was shot many years ago, which means he can walk, but not long distances. Wheeling is how he enjoys the outdoors and it literally is his only option.
Just stumbled across your channel via TrailRecon and a few others....... You have got some pretty amazing content. The E3 Nation collaborative and what you two are doing for the community and others is so inspiring! Just getting back into Offroading myself and looking forward to binging your channel and continuing to follow ya'lls journey. You could hear the passion James had for life and not letting anything hold him back. Bravo!!
They're doggles for dogs 🤣🤣 my pup wears em because she just has to stand with her head out the window but absolutely hate her eyes drying out 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Just found this video amongst all the other great ones and thought, since I live here ...that looks like Tennessee. So many rugged trails here, you guys should do some more. You guys are awesome!
Awesome video! Kevin love the goggles . Britney you should be very proud you may not want to hear this but I think you’re becoming a better Rockcrawler than drifter you’re very good at both but you’re killing it in that buggy , That was a kick ass trail, And what a group of people I would love to just sit around the campfire and listen to them tell stories all night. When we met on the Rubicon Trail you made the statement that our group was where all the cool people hang out with but I think you found the east coast cool people for sure🤣 or should I say the down south cool people 😎
On a completely different subject: Since you are in TN area, you should visit Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport TN to explore the option to build a Tiny home on top of your 5th wheel portion of your trailer (not sure if that is the name of ) Or look at an option to install a pop up camper If you get my gist. You are not Homeless you are Houseless, then you resolve that with an alternative mobile home 🏠 to enhance your living accommodations to continue adventuring and adding content “Play Mansion “ As always best wishes 😘💕
Seeing James wheeling ToHonda makes me want off this couch. In 1986 someone rear ended me, hurt my back and caused me to be medically discharged from the Navy, then in 2006 was in a head on. Last disc bulged the one above it collapse and the one above that one bulged. Long story short, left leg is paralyzed and have constant back pain. Just wish I could do basic Jeep stuff just don't make enough, on disability. So I have to just watch and look forward to these vid's. You guys are awesome.
I was an Adaptive Equipment Engineer and an Adaptive Sports Instructor for years. People like James who refuse to give up actually give so much back to us all. James you are awesome and your build is over the top.
Nah, his build is just right for him. 😁

@Edward Luca Yea, I have been watching on InstaFlixxer for since december myself :D
A genuine Trail Hero! Improvise, adapt, overcome! Anything man can imagine he can build. A truely inspirational man! We are not worthy, Sir!
American Ingenuity at its finest.
@trjnsd couldn’t have said it better! Love that build and determination. And thanks @ Lite Brite for showing his story!
I'm glad the handicap gentleman can get out there and wheel with the best of them. He is awesome..
Yes he is very awesome to over come everything is his life he could have just as easily played down and collected SSI for the rest of his life, I'd do anything to help him or anybody in the same place as him. God Bless him and his family
Ok, so the interviews with James was one of the best things I’ve seen on RUclips. Thanks for giving this man an opportunity to share with us.
OMG that rig is so freaking badass!!!! I'm so glad James is still enjoying the trails, Brittany thanks so much for sharing that!! Much love and respect everyone ♥️♥️💯🤙
Being a Tennessean myself. We are not people to give up on bad ideas!
Never give up on a bad idea, I love it!

U sir James are indeed a true inspiration .
Another awsome video as always... hat's off to James for not letting anything stand in his way...need more ppl like him in the world....
James is a true inspiration! Adapt, overcome, and continue what you love!
Can we take a minute to appreciate the editing and music choices on LB Nation!? Seriously. Love it.
ToHonda guy is a rockstar. love the build never let anything hold you back!
Brittany we NEED THE CONTENT! Let Kevin ramble 😂

Haha. That was probably the 12 pack he drank of double IPAs. It was really funny
Enough beers and everyone speaks Banjo
East Coast! Wow! Hard trails. Great job.
What a great video! An awesome variety of buggies, Brittany's getting better and better every trail, and Kevin's hilarious commentary. One of my favorites for sure!!!
That guy is so awesome. What a badass.
Unbeatable trail vid ! Love the fabrication/ design of the hand control crawler! Fantastic story and builder!
Good job Brittany!!! Ya look good with a little mud on ya
Wow those are some gnarly trails!!! Brit is killing it on the trails. Thanks for showing world James’ rig, truly inspiring!!! That’s what makes us ameriCANS, because we CAN do anything!!!
Hearing them describe their vehicles is awesome. I like it when you guys do walkarounds. Looks like a great group of people to wheel with.
That was truly inspiring. Tennesean wheelers are awesome. Kevin & Brittany are awesome too of course.
Great video!! James you are a truly inspirational guy!! Love the happiness on Britt's face on all these videos now!!
Brittany shows that she's a great off road driver too! I also really liked the buggy with the hand controls.

Kevin and Brittany, you guys are ADORABLE and we all LOVE YOU!!!! The wheelin is cool but you two are the reason we're watching this!!!

Glad to see yall are wheeling the hollers and backwoods! My neck of the woods
What an AWESOME guy! Thanks for sharing and showing how passion overides adversity, I hope he inspires others to do what others think they cant.
That man is awesome! My uncle would have loved him as he was paralyzed in Vietnam, but he always stressed staying active and living life to the fullest. Great video!

Outstanding, nail biting excitement! Fabulous video! I think Kev should get really comfortable running the camera for awhile.
Britt, nice driving and getting that seat time and getting better and better. Kevin getting better with the camera and narrating. It's lil diff from Britt but he has his own way and he's also working out the kinks.

That dude is awesome. Great mentality. Also Kevin was enjoying those road pops huh? Lol!
ToHonda is a genius!! Impressive!!
Damn girl! You rocked that trail. I absolutely love it when I can tell you're nervous but they tell you to send it and you do. That is bad ass.
I've had people say we don't have mountains in the east. I tell them they may not look like mountains from afar as compared to the Rockies, but they sure damn well feel like mountains when your trying to climb one.

James’ story was awesome to by the way! 🍻
Great job Britt you got this down....kinda like a dance with those rocks...
East coast wheeling is the hardest you will ever get. No traction, trees in the way, rocks move, water falls, you name it.. we climb it.
You should see the wheeling in the west coast Vancouver BC Canada
@@MurderMittens-c2j That is a site to see, i do watch some those channels.
Come wheel washington state up towards vancouver and you'll change your mind really quick.
Crazy trails, Awesome driving. Thanks for sharing your enviable lives!
That transaxle buggy is so cool and the guy is too! Really inspiring actually.
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome, video! Love seeing all of the cool stuff.

Much respect for the man with the adapted car.
I always say, you can do anything until you prove otherwise,
And he is a great example in this.
You need to come to Uwharrie NC. I want to see the Stepchild do the Danial trail.
Man I am loving these buggy videos!!! Epic content keep it up you guys rock!
