as my first day of finally getting back to yoga after the whole lockdown of being so unhealthy, i can tell that this really helps and I'm glad i gave it a chance this time as i am experiencing chest tightness which makes me v hard to breathe because of gas and stomach issues. i would continue to follow this every morning and execute it correctly and calmy until i can do it by myself. i'm still losing balance and im pretty sure im not doing everything right but that's what makes me want to do it more, to be better. goodluck to myself and to everyone. it's a journey worth to document ❤

For hours at a time and I had no idea I was hurting my chest until it wS done and the next couple of days I was in severe pain and I couldn't really move, and o am 50 and I have a grand child who is 3, so not being able to move is no option, Thank you sooooo much for this, I was amazing, I feel better right away,
it really helped. I am so glad came across your video. I was in dire need of it as suddenly i felt pain in right chest due to gastric . But trying out ur poses really helped instantly. I will try to perfectly do these next.
Hi can I ask you a question. Having gastric problem can make you feel chest tightness and difficult breathing everyday. And do u have like sinus congestion?
@@MicahHTX i do experience chest pain and shortness of breath as well as excessive burping because of gas issues it's more hellish at night making it hard to be calm and get a good sleep. along with that i also had a common cold plus my bloods kinda low so it got difficult and challenging. currently i am taking medications prescribed by my doctor. how about you how's your situation?
Which symptoms of your problem ??i fill chest pain in left side and tightness .....but dr says not cardiac pain...but this pain is last 9 month I don't know what can i do for this pain...plz give me any idea and treatment options...
gonna try this out because a couple days ago i had a severe panic attack and since then i’ve had chest tightness and trouble breathing fully. i’ve been staying up til the sun comes up and i pass out from exhaustion because the discomfort in my chest and inability to breathe is making me scared
Same here. Doctors think i have Costocondrites (had never heard of that before). Found a therapist on youtube that explained exatly what i was feeling which can sometimes feels like a heart attack. Scary. I ended up in the hospital and all but heart seems ok. I'm still skeptical.. anyway. The therapist (Steve something...) showed exercises and it helped a lot. It actually stopped hurting for a few weeks but anything can bring back Costocondrites if you aren't careful even some yoga pause can disrupt it. So physio massage and osteopath is what im doing now. All that because i hurt my back badly when shoveling last winter and the pain was bad the first few days but then left. Then geadually came back and now its mostly there everyday. Be careful people and check with doctors to make sure its not your heart or artery issue.
Iam a doctor . I think May it is a symtoms of heartattack. Heartattack comes after these symptoms in 2 months. I request please be carefull. And check doctor once in your area .but it can be a happen in chance of gastriel problem also. So dont get afraid meet doctor,stay well.all the best
Terrible pace, way too fast for those who’s new to the practice. I’m sure these poses work because I’ve done them when watching Adriene. Figured I’d give this video a try, unfortunately this pace was too fast
I’m sorry it didn’t work for you. I’m also a beginner and I find the faster pace much easier than the slower ones. It’s good to know what works for you

I warn you, if you have costochondritis this made my chest feel worse! It triggered my flare up! Especially the twisting lunge one.

Do check with your gynaecologist. Going through the same issue
