I'm not gonna lie, i cried too and feel the exact same way you did at 15 minutes. I'm 39 years old and these are literally the guys I jammed in my late teens to 20s. I absolutely love this Era music and consider it some of the most legendary music ever made. It made me cry happy tears knowing they are still admired by so many people. Considering the massive impact theyve had, they really don't get enough credit for what they've done and who they are. Em has made a huge impact on my life and I'll never forget it. Forever a fan of Em regardless of the politics
As soon as this show started I got all emotional and dancing at the same time haha, because this was what I grew up listening to, even though I'm 25 I listened to my older siblings listening to these legends so quickly adapted to these artists and their music. Just to know that they still got it and the path they have paved for the artists today is just WOW.
Mad to think I was 15 when this was released, I remember listening to this before I would get ready for school, now im almost 37 & seeing the legends perform it at the superbowl, this is the music that moulded my personality 👌
this halftime show was so iconic and unforgettable. definitely on the top 10 along with, prince, beyoncé, ect for me. god I can't believe and I feel honored to actually see halftime history on live tv. truly one for the books. all of them are goats ♥️
This was such a huge show. Knowing all of their war stories it’s amazing they all made it. All of them have survived death so many times and to still be here in this way is incredible
I don't give a damn if someone is not a fan of hip hop. This halftime show was epic on every level. Lose Yourself is the greatest inspirational song in the history of music, and no one will convince me otherwise.
The complexity of the production and thinking about the small details from Dr dre is just mind blowing, there r So much hidden stuff that u cant grab it, just small example is the way that the stage buildings are arranged with the Memorial piece at the end is exactly the way the main Street in Compton(where dr studio at his begging) looks like, the pics in the house where snoop Creep Walked on National TV has him turning into dog from"whats my name".. Alot of thinking and perfect execution from 1 of the Best producers ever.
I don’t even watch Football, but I tuned in to see the Halftime Show. All of the performers did amazing! They all inspire me to keep making my own music. I’m a rapper, but I’m not very good yet. I have to keep practicing. Maybe one day I can meet the artists who performed this year.
When I watched the performance, I didn't even think of the "protest" when Em knelt, it looked like a great ending to his part of the performance...he looked more like he was praying, ahhahha
This concert was so epic they got two NFL teams to open and close the show. The amount of raw talent out there is astounding. As a fan of rap since the '80s this was so special to me. I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one to get emotional. This tribute to Dr. Dre has been long overdue.
Em The Goat Of Hip Hop Forever!👊🏽🙌🏽🐐🔥🔥🔥✨(He killed it I’ll put this in the Top 3 of SuperBowl Performances fasho MJ will always have The Greatest SuperBowl Performance Of All Time! Btw when the crowd of extras ran up to Em in the hoodies and lights it reminded me of the actual “Lose Yourself” Music Video/8Mile Movie)
Awesome reaction 🙂 This was a fun halftime show to watch, remember seeing it live. just incase you didn't know or see at time 14:05 when Dre is on the piano, he gave a shout out to 2Pac with a quick piano instrumental from 2pac's song "I Ain't Mad at Cha" If you at some point react to that music video (emotional song) or song from 2pac at some point, then re-watch this video, you'll see 🙂
He actually didn’t kneel for politics. He knelt because when he knelt and Dre got on the piano the first tune he played was “I ain’t mad atcha” by Tupac. It was also a anniversary of the album “all eyez on me”. Eminem knelt in respect to Tupac
@@willphaseone963 he didn’t tho he knelt right before Dre played “I ain’t mad atcha” tune on the piano after the tune played he stool up. It was literally not for Colin lmao.
He is known for double meanings and or conundrums.. Tupac was also known for that.. Definitely paying respect to Pac and Definitely still taking a knee for social justice.. He is the King of controversy after all..
When you see the new generations enjoying your crew just as much as you did/do.......it is awesome. The emotion of hearing our bangers is amazing. Superbowl BUSTERS!!! Did you ever think when these joints dropped.....you'd be seeing them on the Superbowl! EDIT- I do not think Em took the knee for the reason folks are taking it to. The stance was not the same. He took a one-knee bow when Dre began moving.....his mentor And he maintained the bow for the Pac piece.....one of his idols.
The choreography across the board was ❤🔥❤🔥🔥🔥Dr & Snoop started bringing it, especially when Dre tossed in the actual years instead of the lyrics from the original
Let your emotions out, that is what music is meant for, to give you feelings and a way to show them as you choose. Everyone watching this with you knows how you feel, let yourself be free and do what you need to do. Kinda wish Em had gone into verse 2 No More Games, I'ma show you what you call rage, that would've been more fire
Best HT ever, don’t ashamed to cry, we all did... That show was a Masterpiece delivered by legends of Hip Hop music... it touched everybody’s heart and soul...!!!! ☮️🧡✌🏻🥰
I was so happy when I saw him take a knee he was told not to but you know who you're talkin to Eminem he is a rebel. He is a icon he is a legend and he'll do what the hell he wants and I support that as a matter of fact when he put that Line in the sand I stepped on his side.
Sadly the Hologram idea was Denied by the NFL, they said they had already built the Stage and having PAC hologram would mean they would have to extend the Show buy 1-2 minutes, and they were already past the 14 Minute limit they normally try to stay in, so PAC Hologram was a No go sadly
You're thinking of Lucky you by Joyner Lucas and Eminem not we are not alike LOL I love your content by the way you're amazing
Thank you for correcting me (:

I needed that hologram. That moment hit the hardest, and that says a lot.
Yessssss
R.I.P to legendary rapper Tupac. And Tupac would be proud of that performance

When I was studying in college in Kazakhstan, always had Eminem’s hits in my playlist. I’m 26 and I cried when Em started his song “loose yourself”
This is one of the only times you’ll ever see that many legends on the same stage together, let that sink in.
Luv your honesty and heart for your comments on the video! You rock!!!
This is my first time watching you, I Love your passion and love for music. Great Reaction This just made History. EPIC HALFTIME SHOW

Great reaction Lilly Jane! Dre’s smile said it all, so glad they got their flowers now - these are the soundtracks to so many of our lives 😎😎😎
I agree. Dre looks AWESOME. Have not aged. And his smile is beautiful.
He was the one who basically gave each of them a career.

MJ is great but I will say Prince was the best because he didn’t lip sync and did it in the rain with multiple electric guitars
